"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to get to with minimal stairs from the train station. It was really nice having the patio with a view of the sea. The place has a wonderful aesthetic that really suits the property. There are tight stairs up to the bedroom level so we opted to leave our luggage in the front room. Wasn't an issue for us. The washroom is also down stairs. So if you have to get up in the middle of the night there are quite a few steps (2 lvls). The trade off is it is...

"Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small...

"The home is a beautiful Italian villa. It is extremely well equipped with everything one needs. The accomodations are very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for everything you will need. The pool area is amazing but the water is a little cool. Amazing views from the home in every corner of the property.
