"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"Had a fabulous holiday. Definitely recommended. Very friendly and helpful management. Good sized apartment and pool. I'd recommend you have a car to make the best of the surrounding area but the setting itself is lovely."

"Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura una settimana a fine agosto 2023 mio marito, io e nostra figlia di 2 anni. "Paesaggio incantevole, alloggio e struttura da rivedere leggermente la pulizia e la manutenzione non al 💯 %. Reception a disposizione solo in alcuni orari e parcheggio a pagamento che fortunatamente non ho pagato perché specificato in mail come servizio gratis. Ritornerei se migliorassero i servizi altrimenti meglio fittare alloggi da privati nelle immediate vicinanze del mare stupendo di Otranto. Saluti e speriamo in un miglioramento del servizio."

Highly recommend!Just a perfect location if you have a car. The sea views are always interesting.

"Tommasso and Maria are fabulous hosts who go out of their way to help. They came one day with pastries for us and there were refreshments and snacks for us in the refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, kitchen very well equipped! Loved the morning sunrise on the balcony with a visiting cat who greeted us everyday. The only negative was no wifi but Tommasso brought us a modem. And the thirty stairs to get to the unit. It’s not a problem for most but I have mobility issues "

A Gem in Otranto

"We enjoyed our stay here. It is like a smaller version of the Borgo Egnazia in Fasano! The restaurant is good, but DO NOT order room service…it’s better to schedule your meals for better value and quality. The spa, kids club, pools, cabanas and work out facilities were wonderful as well. The staff was most delightful. I highly recommend!"
