Zum Strand kann man entweder zu Fuß gehen (wir haben 30 Minuten gebraucht) oder mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten hinfahren. Drei große, schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, drei voll-ausgestattete Bäder und eine sehr große, überdachte Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht nach Süden. Sehr ruhig gelegen, kein Verkehr, keine lauten Nachbarn. Mit dem netten Verwalter vor Ort hatten wir wenig Kontakt (spricht nur Italienisch), es gab aber auch keine Probleme zu klären. "Wir waren als Familie in der Unterkunft und uns hat es Sehr gut gefallen. Man hatte jetzt nicht eine modere Wohnung es war ein altes Bauernhaus mit einem zeitlich angepassten Anstrich. Die Einrichtung war vorhanden aber gerade die neueren Sachen schon ganz schön abgenutzt. Das rustikale Sideboard und der rustikale Kleiderschrank die waren noch richtig in Ordnung. "We had a fabulous stay in this Italian house in Toscany. Rooms are big, every room has his own bathroom. The swimming pool is clean and there are enough seats. There is a nice terrace for the ones who wants to stay in the shadow. The beds are great. The nice little village has 2 good restaurants where we had great nights out and is only 5 minutes away by car. Sienna is only 1h15 away. A nice lake at only 30 minutes! The only - point I can give is the kitchen which in our opinion hadn't enough...
