"Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

Anna is a very nice host! She offered selfmade marmelade and dolci. Communication also before was perfect and helpful. Thank you for everything! "We loved to stay at this cozy house in the middle of Marciana Marina. We found everything we need for a family of four and a little dog. It has a beautiful designed garden with his own parking spot directly in front of the house. Modern bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and perfect places to relax. Very nice contact to the owners. Highly recommended."

"Most things overall were OK and the house itself has nice antiques and pretty antique hardware, and nice outdoor patio Host is responsive, but wants a heavy cash deposit for the house and again for the kayaks. The view is lovely. The kayaks are heavy & difficult to use because you have to cross the busy road with them. The beach is used for a dog play area and smells quite bad. N to be or to swim. "

"The stay at the property overall was really great. We only stayed for two nights, spacious rooms with no frills. Bathroom and room very very clean but a bit dated. Close to the bus stop from Portoferraio and about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and beach in marina di campo. "

"This apartment has ample space for a family. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, dishes, dish soap, and an Italian coffee maker, etc. The beds were adequately comfortable. The view from the front windows is fantastic and the area where the apartment is situated is very quiet and peaceful. The biggest problem we had were with the mosquitoes. There are no screens on any windows. There is no air conditioning, and would not be...
