"Although a bit dated, this hotel is a wonderful place to unwind and to relax. The proximity of the beach area is quaint and allows the full experience of a vacation. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The service was prompt. I slept like a rock in the clean and comfortable bed. Loved the various pillow shapes. I was able to practice speaking my French and the staff was supportive. All shoppes and restaurants are a five to seven minute walk from the hotel and easily accessible....

"This was my third stay at the Fantastic Guest House. It is a great little place to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, there is A/C and cable TV and a refrigerator in your room too. The bathrooms are nice also. My stay was great except for one small thing - my neighbours. Sadly, I was unknowingly staying next door to 2 or 3 rooms booked out to kids on some kind of trip. I had gotten in on a late flight from the UK and was really tired and a bit jet lagged. They arrived to the hotel...

"We stayed at this cute studio apartment for 3 nights so we could see the island before a week-long boat trip. Our host was very nice and accommodating. We arrived a little early, but she had the apartment ready for us. It was decorated nicely, and it was pleasant to stay there. We walked to a market and got a few groceries for one of our meals. "Property was exactly as portrayed in the photos. Great place for two people. Very quiet and right on the beach. The host (Julia) was delightful and easy to deal with. A car is recommended but you can walk to Marigot if you like. Wonderful place - would stay again. Great value for money"
