"Overall a good hotel. Newer, and clean for the most part. Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, nice outdoor sitting area. Only complaint, our room, 102, smelled of dog. No, we didn't have a dog. The room was nice, but the smell. Hotels should not put people who aren't travelling without dogs, in rooms that have had dogs in it."

"Second time staying at this location I would recommend it to anybody. When was it very clean? We have the studio room which I would recommend is worth the extra dollars we travel back-and-forth New York to North Carolina twice a month and stayed at different facilities around the same area this is a halfway point for us, I found a second home here at Fairfield, unless things change, this will be the location permanently for us"

"Do not let the price scare you away!! This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile! The front desk attendant Julie was super helpful and friendly! It was very nice to stay at a hotel that didn’t smell like cigarettes or marijuana! Yes the pool and restaurant are closed which I am sure is reflected in the price but it’s still a great location!! "
