"Everything about our stay at Brittany’s cabin, from booking through checkout was great! She is a great host and communicator. This cabin was just adorable and perfect for us and our two young grandchildren. The location is very convenient to Marrienville for access to stores and some nice restaurants (Bettina’s italian was great!). It ia about a 15 drive to the state park, so really close. "Initially I was feeling disappointed because this cabin backs up to the road and there is a big white house across the street so it didn't feel as woodsy as i hoped, but it was actually a very quiet road and we enjoyed having a camp fire in the yard. The cabin was not unlocked but Brittany came right over and let us in.over and let us in. "

When arriving we did not have a comforter on our bed but the owner was able to bring one within a few hours. The backyard was big and the axe throwing and firepit look like a great time, but we got unlucky with a snow/rain storm during our stay. The cabin was pretty clean except for some hair in the shower and a cigarette butt on a window sill. The shower is big and has dispensers for soap but...

"very beautiful property. although was not expecting it to be so close to the road. everything was wonderful except for the patio down below has a bee's nest built behind the couch I was stung twice our dog was stung multiple times. the water inside of the camp the hot is cold and the coldest hot the door knob needs fixed just small things minus that we enjoyed our stay"

"The cabin was just as advertised. The girls loved exploring the common areas outside and walking the paths through the woods. The cabin itself was fairly clean. The one window had a small crack and the bedroom window didn't shut completely (fixed while we were there) but overall was very nice. The back deck/fire pit was welcoming. We were able to roast hotdogs the first night but it rained the entire second day of our stay. We tried to play the Wii that was provided but couldn't seem to get it...
