"It is one of the best Philippine hotels that I have stayed in, but that means it is still a Philippine hotel. Minor repairs were not done promptly. For instance our shower was broken when we arrived, but they gave us a different room. Sheets and towels were not replaced promptly. Some, all clean, had holes.
