They have focused on the high traffic areas first. The pool area, deck, and gazebo are amazing. I wish we had the time to enjoy them. Once the upgrades have been completed this property will be amazing"

"This property is perfect for a group of people coming to the area for concert or the races or both. Rhonda met us upon checkin and she was friendly and outgoing and showed us around the property. The pool and jacuzzi were an amazing feature to have at a rental, this place felt like a resort. Definitely will be renting again when we come back to the area!!!"

"This property was outstanding!! Owners were wonderful. Everything in the house was first class! Everything was so clean!! Kitchen had whatever we needed. Beds, pillows and towels were so soft and comfortable!! Kayaks, paddle boards and row boat outside kept everyone busy and having fun on the water! Water was clean and so safe especially for our friend’s children!!! Fishing off the dock was a special treat!! We will definitely go back… hopefully in the fall!! "

"Traveled with family from Wisconsin. Location was close to so many sight seeing adventures, Saratoga springs-racetrack, shopping and dining. Hudson River cruise and museum. We enjoyed our stay!!!! Cute house, spacious inside and out."

"We had an evening and had to leave the next day due to predictions of 6 inches for snow. Celebrated Thanksgiving w at my niece's home instead - did not go back to house. Got cleaning fee back.Schoharie had now had such a storm in a decade."

"The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is cute, backyard was fenced which was nice and separate fencing for the pool was nice but the pool supplies all over under the deck was unsightly and a source of worry for the dogs getting into. Driveway was not plowed and the decks were not shoveled, there was a thin shovel line to the door but the trex decking was super slick and the back porch wasn’t touched at all and was the only way to down to the yard from the 2nd floor deck and we had 2 dogs...
