"Directions to VRBO were clear until you entered the neighborhood . Finding the location was not easy, locating the gate key was easy, locating the house key was not easy. Opening/unlocking door was difficult. Instructions for all appliances were not available. Had no idea what some appliances were. Toasters did not work, map of area was not available . Summary: manuals need to be available . Lock on front door was very difficult to use/open."

"Die Villa war sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet und kürzlich renoviert. Es war alles wie im Inserat vorhanden: Waschmaschine, spülmaschine, Wifi, Playstation usw. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit gut erreichbar um Tipps zu Ausflügen oder lokalen Veranstaltungen zu geben. Leider haben wir immer das Auto gebraucht. Das Gebiet ist sehr bergig, deswegen war leider nur eine Apotheke fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem würde ich hier bei einem weiteren Urlaub auf Teneriffa hier wieder wohnen."

"It was a nice place with a swimming pool outside, huge kitchen - with all the facilities - very convenient, and place for sleeping. We had whole area only for us - so it was a big big advantage, and we were resting there really nice. The contact with manager was quick. I would recommend this property and will go there for sure with my family again."

"The villa is a good size and in a quiet area but unfortunately the up-keeping of the property is very neglected. The cleaning wasn’t done properly so they had to re do it the day after we arrived. A few other bits weren’t working (dishwasher and coffee machine). The communication with the property management company was very frustrating as there are too many people involved and lots of miscommunication going on. "We spent two weeks in October/November at Casa Vina which is on the hillside above the vibrant town of La Orotava. Hilary and Andrew live next door and made sure we had everything we needed, helping us with several good restaurant tips.
