Sa Verdera is a village house with pool for 10 people located in the town of Santa María. Located in the center of Santa María, Sa Verdera has an interior patio with swimming pool, palm trees and orange trees, as well as a porch with armchairs and a table where you can sit at night to enjoy the fresh air in good company. The house, of two floors, is of a rustic style with contemporary decoration and restored rooms. Accessing the interior of the house from the patio we have a dining room with a large table in raw color and an American bar that overlooks the kitchen, which is very spacious and comfortable as well as fully equipped to prepare your best dishes. Adjacent to the dining room is the living room with AC, free WiFi and a few soft sofas to watch your favorite program. On this floor there are also 4 bedrooms: two of them with double beds and two other bedrooms with single beds and an ensuite bathroom with bath and another bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed, AC and an ensuite bathroom with shower. In short, a very central and complete house in which to spend a few days of family holidays.
