Relax in the stunning outdoor area, with a large 8m x 4m swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun. There is also a barbecue area and wood oven perfect for alfresco dining. Large porch with table for 10 people and chill out area where you can relax.

Spacious interiors with large living-dining room directly connected to the newly renovated kitchen. Five bedrooms will provide you with quality rest, 4 of them located on the ground floor and on the first floor. The bedroom on the first floor and two on the ground floor have en suite bathrooms. Three of the rooms have two single beds each and the remaining rooms have a double bed each. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, satellite TV, and dishwasher, this house guarantees a carefree experience.

Fantastic place to stay.
9 of us stayed here and the place was more than big enough. Amazing chill-out space outside, which is where we spent all of our time, along with a pool, and also a pomegranate tree! Everything was as stated and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Wow what an accomodation, looked even better than on pictures, all spotless, easy instructions to get in...children ( also us adults :) really enjoyed the pool which was cleaned regurarly..everything was clean and stylish.. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walking to either shopsrestaurants, quiet during days and nights which is perfect for families. Great bbq on site, even pizza wood oven which we ( unfortunately) didn't have time to try

The house and the yard is bigger and in my opinion better than it appear in the pictures. Nice and smooth communication with the owner. Some noise from dogs and roosters in the neighborhood that some might find disturbing.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und der Ort Maria de Salut ist perfekt um dem Trubel der Insel etwas zu entkommen! Wenn man Abends zum Ortskern zum Essen geht, ist das Dorf versammelt und man wird von allen freundlich empfangen! Mallorca von seiner schönsten Seite! Einziger negativ Punkt, wofür die Unterkunft aber eigentlich nichts kann: Es kam öfter mal der Geruch der Kanalisation nach oben, aber das ist mir auf der ganzen Insel aufgefallen! Wir hatten durchgehend 33-38 grad und das Abwassersystem von Mallorca hat etwas zu kämpfen mit den Touristenmassen!

Schöne Finca in etwas abgeschiedener Gegend
Schöne Finca, Lage ist zwar etwas abgeschieden, aber in 20-30 Minuten ist man am Strand (wenn man ein Mietauto hat )! Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sonst wunderschön mit dem Pool.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mitten im Dorf
Wir haben mit zwei Familien eine Woche Herbstferien in dem Haus verbracht. Alles war perfekt! Das Haus und vor allem der Innenhof sind sehr großzügig. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten auf der überdachten Terrasse und Liegen rund um den Pool. Der Pool wurde mehrfach in der Woche gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Wir wurden sogar mehrmals aktiv angeschrieben, ob alles okay ist. Herzlichen Dank an Paul! Es gibt 4 Bäder. Man muss beachten, dass 3 Bäder nur über das jeweilige Schlafzimmer zu erreichen sind, was aber als Familie(n) kein Problem war. Zwei Zimmer (mit Bad) sind nicht im Haus, sondern haben den Zugang über den Innenhof. Das fanden die großen Kinder natürlich super. Das Dorf ist sehr charmant. Die Bäckerei, ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein paar nette Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich auf dem Marktplatz gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und kommen gerne wieder! Da fällt mir gerade tatsächlich nichts ein :-)

Dejligt hus, der er velegnet til flere familier. Vi har boet 4 generationer med 8 voksne og 2 små børn og har haft god plads. God og ren pool. Nemme indkøbs muligheder af dagligvarer.

Vermietung und Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert wir aber repariert. Ausstattung Küche Messer Töpfe Schüsseln könnte besser sein. Wir kommen wieder.

Oasis in Mallorca
Excellent house for groups. Very nice patio and swimming pool. Ideal for families. Very quite surroundings, but very close to the plaza, where a few bars, a nice restaurant and a bakery (very nice ensaimadas !!) can be found. We will be back. New knifes would be good.

Tolles Haus!
Ein sehr schönes Stadthaus, dass 1911 erbaut wurde. Maria de Salut ist sehr ursprünglich, in der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einige Cafés. Ein Auto sollte man unbedingt haben, der Bus (403) fährt nicht so häufig. Von Sineu kann man bequem mit der Bahn bis nach Palma fahren.

Large property big enough for 10 people to have their own space. Children loved the pool
Property is large and spacious with all equipment required for a pleasant stay. Some of the property requires updating especially the air conditioning units. This needs looking at in upstairs bedroom as gives off a foul unpleasant smell and there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms within the main property. The children loved the pool and were in it all hours of the day. The location was great very central within easy reach of places we wanted to visit. Owners of property were very accomdating and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you

TOP Unterkunft - gemütlich, praktisch, geräumig - einfach klasse!
Ich war bei dem Preis echt skeptisch - unberechtigter Weise: es handelt sich um eine tolle Anlage - die überdachte Terrasse ist mega gemütlich, überall Kerzenständer, tolle Sitzecke, die Pool-Area riesig, unsere 5 Kinder und wir 5 Erwachsenen hatten riesigen Spaß. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und alles ist sehr sauber. Einzig die Küchenausstattung könnte verbessert werden (10 Pfannen aber keine Salatschüssel). Die Kaffeemaschine wurde 3x ausgetauscht (der Vermieter war echt bemüht und präsent), aber leider war keine voll funktionstüchtig. Aber das spielt im Urlaub eine untergeordnete Rolle. Die Lage ist mitten im Ort, nicht leicht zu finden in diesem Labyrinth - deshalb hier der ultimative Tipp: orientiert euch an der Kirche - wenn diese rechter Hand ist der links abknickenden Straße folgen, die 2. rechts abbiegen und dann ist es das Anwesen an der nächsten Kreuzung links. Auch tolle Joggingstrecken rund um den Ort, was uns auch wichtig war. Zum Platja Moro sind es 18 min. Fahrt, nach Palma 45 min. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten erneuert bzw. instand gesetzt werden (Stühle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank). Sehr gute Lage zum Erkunden der Insel.

Herrliches altspanisches Landhaus
Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Ort, fussläufig sind jedoch ein paar Bars und ein Restaurant erreichbar. Sehr urig, mit sehr sympathischen Menschen. Typisch mallorquinisch. Die Villa ist auf den Fotos großzügiger fotografiert, dennoch war für uns (9 Personen) ausreichend Platz. Wir haben die Finca sauber und mit allem ausgestattet vorgefunden, und wenn es an etwas mangelte, ist der Besitzer sofort zur Stelle. Vielen Dank und es war eine schöne Möglichkeit/ein toller Ort dem Alltag zu entfliehen.
