The outside of the house is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with a dip in the private chlorine pool after a day's excursions around the island. The pool is elevated and measures 5m x 2.5m with a continuous depth of 1.40m. You can also cool off in the outdoor shower and then prepare a delicious barbecue in the outdoor kitchen area or relax with a drink on the terrace of the house. The property is located within the village and there are neighbours nearby. The beautiful three-storey house has a traditional style and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ground floor offers an air-conditioned living room with Smart TV with satellite channels and DVD; another dining room with beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains; the kitchen, which has a gas cooker; two bedrooms with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, you will find another living room with air conditioning; two bedrooms with double beds; and a bathroom with a bathtub. The -1 floor is at the level of the backyard and garden and offers a games' room with table football, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a toilet. The property is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and we can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Maria de la Salut is located in the peaceful area of Pla de Mallorca, a perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet. It is advisable to have a car, especially to visit the stunning beaches that the island has to offer. The beach of Can Picafort and the beach of Muro are approximately 15 km away.
