"This Park Plaza is very big and busy. The elevators were OK in spite of the size. It is located in a very busy area of town and the bridge to Westminster was often very busy, hard to cross. The room was comfortable, but the lighting system was confusing. You need to sign up for a spot in the swimming pool. The pool is smaller than the pictures would indicate. The gym was fine. Some of the rooms look out on an indoor atrium and do not have much natural light. It is lacking a nice sit down...

"The hotel is in a fantasic location, steps away from leicester square and trafalger square, as well as the tube. Considering the location, the room was fairly quiet and we didnt struggle to sleep which was great considering it was NYE and so busy. We had a couple of minor issues in the room - flicerking light above the sink and a screw hanging out of the door handle but nothing major that affected us. The only thing i felt was the carpet was in need of a deep clean and just felt a little musty...

"The hotel is located close to ground transportation facilities and 10 minutes away from subway stations. The room is average size for European hotels and clean.The breakfast is okay, except it’s the same every day. Our problem was the noise. Every day, early in the morning and after 10PM someone was dragging some big containers (our room was facing the back of the building) and the noise was unbearable. Not too bad for the price we paid."

"Check-in was efficient and welcoming. George was on reception and a really lovely guy, polite and courteous. Our room was a small twin room on the 3rd floor (there was a lift). Compact bathroom with shower and toilet. Kettle, hair dryer provided with sachets of tea and coffee. Flat screen TV with Freeview. Simple, clean, compact room, perfect to use as a base. 5 minute walk to Kings Cross and lovely pubs minutes away. Camden Market is a 35min walk. Will definitely stay again when back in London....

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."
