"Hotel located on edge of town, 10 minute walk to restaurants, 15 minutes to ferry. Friendly, helpful front-line staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Mechanical problems in room were quickly rectified by staff. "

"Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest alternative is 25 mins walk.the owners really need to ensure customers ate advised before booking. "

"the only annoying thing was the lack of english skills of the staff making it somewhat difficult to communicate, but they were all very nice and the fact that dinner was not served before 8pm, which is quite late; otherwise very chill and laid back vibe, nice pool, big rooms, amazing breakfast, good coffee, we enjoyed our stay and could imagine staying even longer"

"Objective Facts: - On the first day of stay, the boat did not sail, and there was no refund. - On the second day of stay, We arrived at the accommodation, but it was very cold and the heater did not work. - Host tried to fix the heater, but The heater was not fixed and the host offered down-graded accommodation. There was no compensation for that. - It took about an 2 hours to fix the heater, so we missed dinner time. And host informed that the worker fixing the heater could come from Trapani next day. - I was asked if I wanted to change to the previously reserved room the next day, but I declined because it was inconvenient to move my luggage again. Personal experience: - I had a nightmare the entire time I stayed at the accommodation. - I'm really glad that my visit to the accommodation is over."
