Such a magical place. They did an incredible job of restoring a historic building and retaining it's original characteristics, while including many comfortable modern features like air conditioning, wifi, and hot water. The staff and host were so incredibly thoughtful, warm and hospitable. I came with my two friends from the US and we all had the most wonderful, memorable, and lovely time. We are all photographers and every angle you looked like a set you would have spent hours planning. We will miss the hotel, the staff, and we will miss Mardin! Hope to be back soon. One thing to note is that it is a bit difficult to get to, but you can call them and hand your phone to the drive for guidance.

ห้องกว้างขวาง รอบๆที่พักสะอาด อาหารเช้าดี พนง.เป็นมิตร เสียแค่ปลั๊กไฟในห้องน้อย นอกนั้นดีทุกอย่าง เดินไม่ไกลจากโรงแรมจะมีร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ ร้านกาแฟ ร้านขนม บรรยากาศดีมาก แต่กลางวันก็ร้อนมากเช่นกัน รร.ไม่มีที่จอดรถ ต้องหาแถวนั้นเอง

Otele adımımızı attığımız ilk andan beri başta Selman abi olmak üzere tüm çalışanlar her türlü ihtiyacımız ile yakından ilgilendi. Bir ihtiyacımız olmasa dahi sürekli bir isteğimiz olup olmadığını sordular bize. Bunun yanında Mardin’i nasıl gezebileceğimiz, nerelerde alışveriş yapabileceğimiz konusunda da epey rehberlik ettiklerini söyleyebilirim. Bana kalırsa hanedan konağı bir otelden çok hala Mardin’e gelen misafirleri özenle ağırlayan bir aile konağı gibiydi. Mardin büyüleyici bir şehir mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz ve mutlaka yolumuz yine Hanedan Konağı’na düşecek. Mazroneler olduğunda görüşmek üzere

Tüm çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlü. Temizlik gayet başarılı. Kahvaltıda her şey taze, lezzetli ve bayağıı doyurucu. Çarşı kısmına yürüyerek 10dk falan. Sessiz ve huzur verici bi ortamı var. Biz çok memnun kaldık bir daha Mardin’e gidersek yine burayı tercih ederim. Hayvan dostu olmaları da tercih etmem için extra bir sebep :)
