Located in the charming village of Marcollin in Isère (38), our spacious group holiday home can accommodate up to 15 people, offering nearly 400m² of living space. Its 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and toilets will provide you with great comfort throughout the year.

We are delighted to welcome you to Clos des Collières, a true haven of peace situated less than 1 hour from Valence, Lyon, and Grenoble, and less than 1.5 hours from Saint-Étienne and Chambéry.

Our holiday home is just a 20-minute drive from the motorway.

Follow the walking trails, embark on an adventure on horseback, or ride along the picturesque roads by bike or motorbike. The region is full of treasures waiting to be discovered.

Optimized layout of the group holiday home:

5 bedrooms for 3 people. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet.
A 45m² kitchen/dining room.
A 60m² living room/games room with a pool table, sofas, board games, children's games, and a restroom accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs:
A 45m² relaxation lounge with sofas, a TV with DVD/USB player, and a reading area.

Outdoors:
You have access to a large outdoor park of approximately 6000m² where activities can be diverse: play pétanque, enjoy a drink in the shade of the hornbeams and cypresses, have a barbecue, exercise, or simply relax.

It is a very quiet and secure place if you are coming with children.

You can also cool off in the pool located at the end of the property.
