Escape to this beautiful Paradise..
This is a beautiful unit. It is located in the Somerset Complex, which is gated and Beachfront. The complex offers Tennis, two swimming pools and barbeque grille area. There are restaurants, movie theater and ice cream just a short stroll across the street. If you don't want to drive, you can also walk down the beach to several restaurants.
This is a 122 unit building and a wide beach lot, which means the beach is less crowded than other higher density areas.

The bathrooms have glass tile showers, granite counters and excellent water pressure. We have washer/dryer IN the unit for your convenience. Unit sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate a 5th if its a child in a rollaway bed. We have Usb ports located in the living room and Master bedroom for convenience.
Unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest.


The kitchen offers granite counters, stainless appliances and a desk area as well.
This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. Please No smoking. NO Pets.

We also offer free high speed internet.

We have a 55 inch Smart TV in the living room as well as flat screens mounted to the wall in each bedroom.

We leave beach umbrellas, cart , coolers, and several chairs for your use. Our unit has a "Sand Room" which is so practical and gives us a place to store all of these items so guests can use. It offers the guests an opportunity to live like the owner. All of these items are available to you.
You can get to the beach by elevator or stairs. It is just a short walk downstairs and you are at the Sand.

The lanai is oversized and oceanfront/beachfront. You will enjoy watching the dolphins and the amazing sunsets!

$154.84 Association Management fee is Guests responsibility and due with rental application.

Had a wonderful stay this week! It was a great location with all the necessities and then some! Property was entirely as advertised. It was awesome for our kids (5&3) to have their own room to share. There were plenty of beach essentials there for us, so that was an added bonus! We had an unusual week with extremely rainy conditions and we were still able to find plenty to do within a short drive. Most of all the host was SUPER responsive to all of my inquiries prior to our stay and was also available to help address an issue during our visit which was much appreciated. Would recommend for sure!!

Unfortunately, upon our arrival, the condo had not been cleaned. The owner arranged for cleaning within a couple hours. Understanding there is no control over this, the A/C went out for a couple days. The owner arranged service. The condo roof was being replaced, therefore, on different days, the pools and beach access were closed. There was A LOT of construction! There was A LOT of noise! We were not notified of any construction before our visit. The king bed, pillows and sheets were not comfortable. The towels were dingy and stained. The owner apologized for the cleaning and A/C problems. That was it….no discount, no refund, no consolation. We will not visit this condo unit again. This was our first VRBO rental in about 15 years. We have another VRBO rental in January. We are a bit nervous.

Property is amazing. The views of the beach are spectacular. This specific unit was most attractive for our family for the “sand room”. It was loaded with well over a dozen beach chairs (all in great shape), 5 beach umbrellas and multiple wagons. This was the PERFECT vacation spot for us! I was amazed at the amenities this unit has! There was an overabundance of beach towels and regular bath towels! The sand room had everything we needed for the beach from chairs to umbrellas and coolers along with wagons! The kitchen was fully stocked! The condo unit was clean and absolutely beautiful! Having a washer and dryer was also a nice amenity! The view was phenomenal from the very large balcony with a very large table. The unit location to the elevators and stairwell was close to the pool and the beach boardwalk entrance - very convenient. The parking spot in the garage was an extra added touch! The checking in process was extremely easy! We would definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed at Somerset 213 and we were very pleased with everything about our stay. The condo is so well stocked with everything from toilet paper, soap, paper towels, plenty of beach towels and bath towels, beach equipment, and was immaculate. Location is great and the view of the gulf from the balcony is breathtaking. Thank you for a great week and we will be booking again for next year!
