Beautiful Condo
We enjoyed our stay at marco island in this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The host was very easy to work with and the directions and communication were spot on.

Fantastic property. Just as pictured inside and out. On the beach, with great views from the balcony. Pool was so refreshing. And at this time of year (mid-May) it wasn’t over-crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was very nice! Very neat and clean and has all the right supplies. Owner was great at communication. We enjoyed our stay very much! The only small negative was the distance from the beach to the condo. It’s a bit of a hike. But lovely place

Marco Island Condo
We had the pleasure of staying in this truly beautiful condo for a week. The owners did a complete renovation and the decorating right down to the tile in the bathrooms is lovely. We chose this unit because it has two master bedrooms & bathrooms which worked out very well for our group. The kitchen was adequately stocked for the amount of cooking we did. The best part of the condo was the awesome exterior balcony which was huge as it wrapped around the corner of the building while overlooking the beautiful white sandy beach. I give the condo 5 stars across the board!

Marco Island vacation
This Marco Island condo was lovely and exactly as advertised. We loved the views, decor and that the kitchen had everything we needed the days we cooked. The view from all of the windows was great-we could easily see both sunrise and sunset from the condo! The only negative was waiting for the elevator to get up or downstairs. One of the elevators was out of service the whole week, so we often had to wait up to 5 minutes for the elevator to arrive-this wasn't terrible, just annoying. We definitely would stay here again and recommend this unit to others!

Stunning condo and views
We were a group of 4 adults (2 couples) and the condo was lovely! It's a stunning property!!! Completely updated and renovated and decorated stunningly. The beds, while very high up, were honestly so comfortable. I looked forward to curling up in the bed each night. The kitchen was very well equipped. (Note there is a coffee maker not kcup, but filters were there). As others have mentioned, the walk to the beach was brutal. It is very very long...and in 100 degree heat it is rough. But once down there the beach is lovely! The pool was nice, lots of chairs, but only 4-6 umbrellas so people were fighting for them. We came in July, so expected the heat, but the heat in the ocean and the pool was like a hot bath. The unit had really nice towels, and plenty of them. There were also 4 beach towels. You got a full size bar of soap in each shower but bring your own shampoo & conditioner. Check in was pretty smooth...go through the slider doors in the parking deck. They are open 8-4. Other than that, you'd need to wait at either door until someone comes in/out. This would make it tough if you came in late at night. Lynn was amazing to work with. We had an issue with the cleanliness of one set of sheets. It was fixed immediately. She was also on top of answering some questions quickly. She was kind and attentive and focused on us having a great time. It was an awesome bonus to have access to the beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and ice. Thank you!!!

As shown, very well stocked and updated.
Property was exactly as it’s represented in the photos. Very spacious for a condo on the beach along with being clean and updated. The check in process is a bit cumbersome so just know that ahead of time. As others have noted, it’s also a hike to the beach from the condo. But, the views are great and the location on the island can’t be beat. Great shelling in both directions from this condo as well and the pool was also nice. Owners were very responsive as well.

The views of the beach are amazing on this corner unit. The unit itself was updated and very well kept. Our family enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach and the overall security at the building and the property. We would stay in this unit again.

Great view and spacious condo!
We rented two condos from this property owner for an extended family of 8. Both units were a great fit for our family. They were clean, spacious, had great views and offered plenty of amenities. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very pleasant. We would certainly stay here again!

Great place for a family vacation!
Our family of four had a great time at South Seas tower 3. The condo was totally redone and updated and super clean. Two king beds were perfect for our family of four. Very comfy/! And teens never once complained about slow WiFi. Haha. The condo had everything you would need for cooking, beach towels, and stuff for the beach too (chairs, umbrella, wagon for the walk to the beach). The beach chairs were a little broken so we had buy a couple of new ones. Be prepared for a longish walk to the ocean. But the pool is big and nice with plenty of umbrellas if you don’t want to walk. Check out JetSet surf shop and Island Gypsy restaurant. We had a great time!

Beach equipment in very poor shape. Access to the beach is difficult.
Confusing security codes. Check in at the 4:00 PM time frame difficult as the desk attendant was gone and we had to hope for someone to open the lobby door, as we did not have a key.

Little things matter
The rental was exactly as advertised, plus a few extras! Access to the owner’s storage and beach gear was truly appreciated. The condo is very well appointed and doesn’t have any clutter at all, which made for additional calm. The little details truly matter. Nice mattresses with pillow tops, very soft sheets, towels were fluffy, and even nice beach towels in the closet! The only thing we wished we had was a throw blanket (we left the one we purchased for future guests or a future stay of our own). We truly enjoyed our stay and even the walk to and from the gulf each day. Bonus - a sea turtle laid her eggs one night while we were there - very close to where we spent each day.

Ideal location and property for a stay on Marco!
This rental was ideal and exceeded expectations. The property information listed on the vrbo site were spot on. Views were beautiful, rooms all in great condition and very comfortable. The host did a great job providing information for entry, log in's, and local places to visit and eat. Owner amenities for the condo met all our needs for the kitchen, bath, living room and included beach towels, beach chairs etc. Views were spectacular. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay on Marco Island.

Awesome week at Marco condo!
We had a fantastic week at Marco Island. If you like an easy vacation, this is for you! Corner condo with amazing wraparound balcony and views of the ocean and inland, high end furnishings , comfortable beds, quick access to parking, laundry on the floor, and the pool. Owner provided beach chairs and umbrellas. It is a 10-min walk out the beach to the ocean, but worth it to be on the quiet north end of Marco. Pool was super clean and warm too. Thank you, Lynn!

Beautiful condo with amazing views!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Beautifully decorated, two comfy king-size beds (perfect for two couples) and high end furnishings. Lynn, the owner was great to work with and has everything available for a 5 star experience.
