Beautiful, spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath private ranch home. Located in a quiet prestigious area of Marco Island. Beautiful wide water views from the entire lanai and every room in the house except 3rd bedroom. (Not just from a corner of the lanai like some homes. Look closely at those pictures!) Step through glass doors to pool and spa from Master and Queen bedrooms.

Enjoy the all day sunshine on the lanai with our southern exposure or visit the beautiful Marco beaches, all minutes from your home. These are fantastic public beaches open daily from 8 am to sunset.

This large home has a fully equipped kitchen with a view over looking the pool, spa and bay. Enjoy the comfortable breakfast area just off the kitchen with views of the pool and fully screened lanai. What a relaxing way to start the day enjoying your morning coffee watching a Marco Island sunrise.

Spring Break Family Fun
Had a wonderful week; enjoyed the pool/hot tub, explored the canals in rented kayaks, rode the bikes to the beach, took nice walks in the evening and watched the sunrise while sipping coffee on the lanai. Great location and accommodations were just what we needed. Property manager and owner were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would recommend!

Backyard oasis!!
We were looking for a relaxing stay for our trip, and this property delivered just that!! The pool and hot tub are even larger than the pictures, and the views out onto the bay are stunning. It’s also very close to the beach, just a few streets away. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated (not shown in listing photos) which was a really nice surprise! Both the exterior and interior of the house was beautiful.

A Winter in Paradise
Marco Island is pure paradise. It's the most enjoyable place in Florida to us. We love the outside of this house so much with it's pool and hot tub and lanai area. It has a fantastic view and a nice southern exposure. The property manager and owner are Very responsive should there be an issue they are right on top of it A good value for this pure paradise..

Good value and excellent location, we had a great stay. Property management wasn’t good, we had to keep asking simple things as there was no information in the property about rubbish collections, TV etc and it was only after asking a number of times that they provided a book with details and local info.

The only thing it was missing was a dock. The dolphins came by to visit as advertised when the tide was coming in in the afternoon. Jacuzzi and pool were great master bedroom bed a little hard other than that we had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Wonderful time on Marco Island
I would recommend staying in this house to anyone looking for a awesome getaway. The house was wonderful and had more than enough space for our group of three. It’s conveniently located with everything you need within a couple of minutes driving. The pool and hot tub helped end each day after getting back from the tours we took. Sean and Karen were quick to answer any questions and willing to do whatever you needed for a relaxing stay. I’m thankful for having a worry free vacation with my family. You can’t go wrong with selecting this house as your home away from home.

Great Place to Stay
House and pool were great. The exterior of the house could use a little TLC. All the other home exteriors were meticulously maintained while this property was maintained, just not to the level of the others. Drive way and sidewalk needed power-washed, the plantings and palm trees need TLC. It was kind of like we were the poor people on the block.
