Relaxing and peaceful!
The house was great, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was clean and well stocked with more towels than you'll ever need, all the kitchen essentials and beach items! They even have fishing rods, tackle box, cooler and bait trap, which came in handy for fishing off the dock. The kids practically lived in the pool, which was just the right temp! The property was quiet but still close to all the things. You get a little bit of nature being on the canal so we had lots of fish swimming by, birds diving for a fresh catch and some iguana sightings as they like to sunbathe by the dock! 10/10 would recommend!

Great Stay on Marco Island
We enjoyed our stay on Marco Island at this property. The house was well kept and clean. Pool was heated and obtained good sun for most of the day. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good location; short drive to all activities. Everything was as advertised without any unwanted surprises. Would recommend without hesitation to friends and family.

WONDERFUL LOCATION ON MARCO ISLAND!
My wife and I stayed in this beautiful home for two weeks. It is a VERY quiet and peaceful area and ideal for relaxing. We had a few minor difficulties and the owners went out of their way to get them resolved immediately. Very clean home and everything one would ever need to cook own meals. Lanai is beautiful with nice pool and gas grill which we took advantage of. Thanks to Marc and Priscilla

Home away from home!
We spent a week at this house in April and returned in July with our son and his family. The moment we walked in this house it felt like home. Everything anyone could possibly want exists in this kitchen, even spoons for babies. Watching the sun come up in the morning is beautiful. The pool was terrific and very much enjoyed by our entire family. The house is very close to everything on the island. A few days after we returned to Chicago our 5 year old granddaughter asked us "when are we going back to the Marco home - I has an awesome time." We plan to visit again next year.

Wow, what a wonderful week we had.
Wow, what a wonderful week we had. Marc & Priscilla have a very nice house that worked perfectly for our two families. The grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which kept them entertained for most of the day, along with fishing from the dock. The house had everything we needed, plenty of kitchenware, towels and space. To be able to walk to the grocery stores, restaurants and the beach was a huge bonus. Marc & Priscilla were both very pleasant to work with and they work hard at keeping their guests comfortable during their stay. We look forward to another stay at this great vacation home. What a wonderful house! This was our second year at this home. My wife and I, our daughter and friends who rent and own here think we have found a gem. The house is well furnished, clean and well maintained with every kitchen item and incidental one could want or need. Ideally located within easy walking distance of entertainment, dining and shopping. We absolutely love this place and wish we could stay longer. The patio and pool are great as is the view down the canal. We love the remodeling and new furniture. We highly recommend this place and working with Marc and Priscilla. We will be back and can't wait until next year.

Amazing First Family Vacation
this house was everything:) the layout was perfect for our family - I loved being on one floor together - and the flow allowed for room to explore/play while still having visuals on everyone. The bonus living room was great, but we didn’t really need it so being able to close the door to shut that area of the house off was such a nice option! You never know where curious kiddos want to go hide, but after shutting the door they didn’t even know it was there. Not that they needed to - the pool was where our family stayed a majority of the day! The mission was to get in as much pool time as possible and we succeeded! Perfect size, perfect temp, lots of pool toys and a LOVELY shaded area If you needed to hide out from the sun for a bit. Great view of a little canal out back and it was actually very quiet! Plus the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals - just like at home. We cannot stress enough how nice our stay was. Thank you for making our first family vacation such a wonderful memory! We would love to come back next year!

Nice Location
My family of 4 stayed for spring break in early March. We've been in the Naples/Marco area using VRBO for the last 7-8 years. This is the first time we stayed on the island and the location was a great and very central spot if you have a car. However, you can walk to the Esplanade shops very easily and a run down to south beach is short as well. The home was in good order and the owners were great to work with during the entire transaction with a follow-up call several times to see how we were doing. The newly remodeled kitchen is very nice and as I said the home was in good order. The bathrooms leave a bit to be desired but how long do you really spend there? Our kids love the pool and while you couldn't get great afternoon sun at the pool, you could go down to the dock and get it until the evening. You are right next to a grocery store and on the main drag but it is very quiet so you wouldn't know it. While this isn't 5-star, it is a great value and at the end of the day you want to have great owners (which they are) and a nice location (which it is). I would rent from them again without question.

Winter 2015
One of the best compliments a customer can give is to be a repeat customer/consumer. In our case, we will not only be a repeat renter but will add additional time to our stay at this wonderful Marco Island retreat. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks from March 14-28, 2015. We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed this centrally located rental. The pool area is very large with two sitting areas. One gets nearly full day sun while the second is shaded. Both look out over a length wise view of the canal. While you can hear the neighbors it is secluded enough so you can't be seen while in the pool. There is a nice outside dining area with a table which will easily seat 6-8 people. The gas grill is a nice addition. There is a convenient pass thru window to the kitchen. This unit is within easy walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. It is near the local farmers market which offers everything from fresh baked goods to fruits, vegetables, flowers, meats and seafood. It is well worth the time and money. The house is nicely appointed with every thing you would need from pool toys , fishing poles and towels to kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and some basic supplies. There are three bedrooms and baths with a second separate seating areas with a TV for family or friends. This is in addition to the family room/living room. Priscilla and Marc were easy to work with and very conscientious. They called us to be certain we were at the unit and it met our expectations They did everything possible to make our stay care free and enjoyable. We can't wait to return next March.

Fantastic Marco Island Vacation
Our stay at this property was fantastic from start to finish. The home is very clean, spacious, comfortable, includes everything needed for a great stay and is very convenient to restaurants, shops, the grocery store and right on the water. We rented a pontoon boat that was delivered to the house dock, which was very fun and convenient. The owners were great to work with and very responsive. Detailed information was provided prior to arriving and available at the house. The pool area was perfect to spend time as a group of eight in the morning and after dinner. I highly recommend this property to others thinking about a Marco Island vacation.

Beautiful property, relaxing vacation
This place is exactly as described and pictured: clean, quiet, with a beautiful view of the canal. We were treated on day one with 2 dolphins that swam close to the dock - a mom and baby. Very exciting. The place is very cleverly designed - with the convenient access from the kitchen-to-pool area, a private sunken bedroom suite with a murphy bed and private bath, and explicit instructions on how to connect twin beds to make a king. Our hosts John & Krista were quick to respond if needed. 3 bikes in the shed came in handy. All-in-all a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Fabulous property. Pool on waterway with full lanai meant a perfect breeze for poolside lounging. House was ideal for us 8 ladies with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
