Beautifully furnished throughout, the master bedroom has a kingsize bedroom set, one guestroom with a King size bedroom set and one bedroom with two twinsize beds. Study has a queensize sofabed for family and friends visiting. Modern kitchen with granite counter tops equipped with all you need.
Just 2 miles away from world famous Marco Island beach! You will be walking on white sandy beaches and swimming in warm gulf waters, and might even catch a playful dolphin show! Afterwards you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets and romantic walks on the beach. We fell in love with Marco Island over twenty five years ago when we would vacation with our children and dreamed of one day living in this paradise. Absolutely wonderful!
We have stayed at this property for many years and it is always impeccably clean. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a tropical storm at the beginning of our trip but the owners were super accommodating and we were super grateful to them. Highly recommend this property and the hosts! were so grateful to them

We spent a wonderful five days at their home. Everything about our trip was wonderful. The house is beautiful very well-maintained very clean and in a beautiful spot. It was our first trip to the island and we definitely plan on going back and hopefully renting from them again.

Perfect house for a family! The pool was warm and had all the toys. Sort drive to the beach. House was extremely clean, and had updated appliances. We would love to stay here again.

Great Property!
This property is as advertised. Huge kitchen, great master bed/bath and very nice secondary bedrooms/bathroom. The highlight of the property is the enormous lanai with heated pool nicely equipped with plenty of furniture, lighting, ceiling fan and pool toys. We loved this property and would highly recommend it.

Perfect place, both house and location!
I stayed here for a long weekend with friends and we really enjoyed everything about it! The house is immaculate, very comfortable with everything we needed and clear directions with regard to the house and helpful area information provided. Communication with Grisel was very easy. Relaxing getaway with Family and Friends
This was an amazing property and perfect for our party of 6.The home was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, etc. Lots of towels and pool toys as well. The outdoor living space is beautiful! The homeowners live close and were very responsive! We had the privilege of meeting them and thoroughly enjoyed our short visit. They take great pride in their property and take care of their renters throughout their stay. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Marco Island House
We really enjoyed our stay at this home over the New Year's week/weekend. The house is newer and well equipped with all the items you need during your stay. We loved being able to open the living room doors to have easy access to the pool for the kids. The beds are very comfortable. All items in the listing were in the house. Hosts were great with check-in and check-out process.

Nice stay
I was in town on business and brought my 18 and 11 year old daughters. My family rents on Marco 2-3 times a year, usually on a canal. This was our first time staying inland and it didn't disappoint. Amenities galore, house is tastefully decorated, pool was heated when we used it which was a nice treat. Lots of closet space in bedrooms, a great supply of beach toys, coolers, beach buggy wagon and beach chairs. The owner was in contact with us prior to check-in and day of check-in and answered the few questions we had during our stay promptly. Beds are supper comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. For a Sunday through Friday stay in January we felt the price was a great value compared to other rental homes on island. It fit our needs perfectly and we had a great week of sunny warm weather.

Exceptional Experience! Can hardly wait to return! The stuff dreams are made of!
You cannot buy trust...it must be earned. These homeowners, Ray and Grisel, certainly went above and beyond to do just that. From the first e-mail interaction to the last, we were consistently impressed with their responsiveness, patience, and professionalism. Ray and Grisel walked us through the rental process and ensured everything went according to plan. The instructional e-mail and hard copies in the house could not have been more clear. The decor, the quality of the fixtures, and the cleanliness of the house exceeded our expectations, making us feel like royalty. The rooms were comfortably sized and appointed...just the type of place that would make one want to move in permanently. :-) The garage and lawn were pristine and the POOL! The pool was fantastic. The temperature was absolutely perfect without a hint of harsh chemical odor. And the location! A wonderfully quiet neighborhood mere minutes from everything we needed to access. A rather dense hedge at the rear and on one side of the property coupled with a vacant lot on the other side provided a real sense of privacy for the pool area. I could not have asked for a better layout. The sense of comfort and TRUST we enjoyed with Ray and Grisel cannot be beat. They're the type of people you want to send a gift to when you return home! As I said, I can hardly wait to return.

Stunning property!
I had questions for the property owners a couple times prior to our stay. Each time I received a response, within minutes. When we arrived, the property was absolutely stunning, pool was beautiful! My favorite spot was the Adirondack chairs on the top step of the pool! The property was perfectly located for our stay. We had everything we needed. A couple in our group went on a bike ride with the bikes in the garage. It was a great stay, everyone loved it. We will be happy to stay here again.
