Our home has beautiful wide water views from every room and 2,300 square feet of indoor living space with a bright, open floor plan. Located only one block from s. Collier blvd, our home is only a 10-minute walk to the white-sand beaches, and 6-minute walk shopping center, mini golf, restaurants, sports bar, ice cream shop and much more. This property has a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with southern exposure.
Some of the features included are the granite countertop kitchen, stainless steel appliances, double sinks granite top in each bathroom, walk-in closet in master bedroom, hot tub (4 seating positions, 18 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock.
The house includes a pool table, board games, cable, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, one 50" TV in the family room, one 55" TV in the living room and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom. There are two leather sofas and recliners, allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. Our spacious kitchen has a pass-through window for easy access to outside pool entertaining. We have 5 bikes (with helmets), beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, poolside chaise lounges, outdoor BBQ grill, etc.
You can also enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from the local marina on the island for fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples, or for picnicking on the Gulf beaches.
Just relax, sit back, and watch the manatees & dolphins swim by right from our lanai!

- There will be a simple, standard vacation rental agreement (including rental terms and rules) to e-sign after booking, summarizing the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.
- Check yourself in with the keypad access, which will be provided along with a Welcome guide 14 days before check-in.
- WiFi passcode will be in the Welcome guide as well as Vrbo guest app.
- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
- No security deposit is required; the property damage protection fee covers everything.
- To get you settle in, basic initial starter items are provided — paper towel, six 13-gallon trash bags, toilet paper, soap bar, and dishwasher soap, and detergent.
- No additional fee for bikes.
- No additional fee for the heated pool and spa; we ensure that all guests fully enjoy their stay, with no need to worry about hidden costs.
- No smoking or party.
City ordinance (strictly enforced by the city’s police department):
- No excessive noise; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Keep noise to a minimum in the lanai or pool area.
- No parking of trailers at the house; however, 6 hours of temporary parking is allowed during the transition to trailer storage facilities.
- No cars blocking the sidewalk; no parking on the lawn swale.
