Beach Club 417 (Locally Managed Rental)

This top-floor corner unit at the Beach Club is conveniently located just across the street from a complimentary beach entrance. This condo comes with one free assigned parking spot. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and a walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom as well. and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities feature a heated pool, BBQ area, pickleball court, and shuffleboard. Guests will enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and telephone service in the condo. Additionally, it's a brief walk to various restaurants, shops, movie theaters, and mini golf.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This Condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
