931 Beaver (Locally Managed Rental)

This beautiful home, freshly painted inside and out, features four bedrooms on the waterfront. The main floor boasts a large kitchen with granite countertops, a family room, and a formal dining room. The master suite, with a king bed, overlooks the pool and jacuzzi, and includes a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in monsoon shower and a spacious fitted dressing room. The second bedroom on the ground floor also features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, with views of the waterfront. Upstairs, there is a family room with a TV and two additional guest rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. An upper balcony accessible from the guest bedrooms offers a stunning view of the water.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. If the house has a Spa; the Pool and Spa are not heated at the same time. If you use the Spa the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

ATTENTION:
This Condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

We rented this house on Marco Island for one week and it was beyond our expectations. This house is large and beautiful. It had absolutely everything we needed from towels, bedding, cookware, dishes, beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes for the kids to ride around the island. The master bath with the rain shower was great and so relaxing! The kids really enjoyed the pool and spa and it the fact that it was very close to the beach! We did have some minor little issues but the property manager corrected everything right away. We plan on returning next year!

Great week vacation
Lovely house with lots of space. Beach was not that close but managed to drop the family and bike back to the beach (good exersice :-) ). Everything else was great with the exception of the pool. The water was not that clear when we got there, then the pool maintenance guy arrived 2 days later and applied the chemicals, we followed the instructions and let the pool run for most of the day but still the water was never crystal clear. Some of us ended up with ear infections.

We went together with another family and loved our stay. House was awesome and very well equipped! Have everyone enough space to have some privat time. Loved the pool and even saw dolphins in the canal on back of the house. Close proximity to the beach . Lots of beach gear like chairs and sun umbrellas. Would for sure return!

fun with family on Marco Island
We had our 2 children and their spouses and our 4 grandchildren join us on their spring break for a wonderful week of enjoying the sun and wonderful weather. The pool at the home was great and that is where the grandkids spent most of their time (ages 5-9). The house worked well for our group of 10 and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent property in a prime location. House is ideally laid out and met the requirements for our party of 6 adults and 3 children. Property has everything you need for the perfect family holiday. External dining furniture could do with updating but other than that we had no issues. Key pick up went smoothly and security deposit has been returned promptly. All in all I would thoroughly recommend the property and hope to return again in the future.
