"Excellent elegant hotel"

"The hotel was lovely, great location to walk to ferry port or into town, with beautiful views. Our room was spacious, with a corner balcony overlooking the sea/part of naples. The breakfast had a great variety of juices/coffee/continental & cooked breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Wpuld recommend and return. "

"Property is great but surrounding area is terrible. Very remote and felt unsecured for walking to and from metro station near by. Not easy to get around. "

"Had a wonderful stay. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fast room service. They clean your room daily. Not too many eating places within walking distance.. there are a few but you have to uber/drive. Closest train station is Napoli Centrale (about 15euros in uber/taxi). We had pre-paid for 5nights but had to leave after 4 for personal reasons and the hotel staff was really nice and took off the city tax from our final bill."

"The hotel is beautiful inside, the staff is very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and well equipped. The only inconvenience was the noise from the street throughout the night and the area where the entrance is was a bit run down."
