Dimora 1863 is located on the seafront of Marciana Marina, in front of the sandy beach of the town, and a short distance from shops, markets, restaurants, bars, parking and other beaches.



On the slopes of Mount Capanne lies the smallest and most picturesque municipality in the Tuscany region, Marciana Marina. It is undoubtedly the most fascinating panorama of the Island of Elba surrounded by the two extremities that have made it unique over the centuries: the Pisan tower at one end and the fishing village "borgo del Cotone" at the other.
