Linen change weekly. 1.5 km long very steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). Ferry "Portoferraio" 32 km, pebble beach "Pratesi" 3.5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner only accepts bookings from customers who arrive in an all-terrain vehicle (4x4).
