"The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again."

"We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. "This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. "We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...

"Incredible location. You step out the door and you're right in the heart of town. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and the apartment was very modern and clean. Parking is a couple blocks away but it was an easy walk through the pedestrian alleys. We were blown away by the charm and beatiful setting of Desenzano. "

"It was a great stay, hotel is very nice and situated in beautiful town. There are a lot of restaurants and few shops nearby. There is a possibility to play tennis, courts are in a good state, red clay surface. Also there are a lot of hiking routes you can do not far from the hotel.
