"Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Ein Minuspunkt war allerdings, dass es nur eine Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer gab. In den zwei Einzelzimmern (Kinderzimmern) gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur und locker 30 Grad Raumtemperatur dazu geführt hat, dass wir eine Matratze auf den Boden des Hauptschlafzimmers gelegt und so genächtigt haben - anders war es unzumutbar. Leider gibt es auch nur 1 Fliegengitter vor der Balkontür in der Küche, was...

"I had a wonderful stay at the Marcelli di Numana apartment. The apartment was comfortable and location very convenient. The host was responsive and very helpful. There were multiple restaurants nearby to enjoy wonderful dinners including delightful local seafood. I look forward to staying at the apartment again soon."

"Partiamo col dire che la casa si trova in una posizione ideale se si cerca una vacanza rilassante..tutta circondata da bellissime colline. Nella casa non manca assolutamente nulla(forse l'aria condizionata per quando fa davvero caldo). Il giardino è davvero immenso,grandi alberi che regalano ampie zone d'ombra..noci,fichi,ciliegi...piscina grande e tenuta sempre pulita da Gabriella. Che dire..consigliatissima circondata da bellissime "

"Nice host very responsive. Inside the home quality furniture, nice and easy to live house well equipped especially for the coffee (missing just a kettle and a proper toaster). Outdoor furniture: Nice space and beds under the trees for the siesta but table and benches for the meals could be improved."

"Listing was not accurate. Stated 2 king size beds and a full. One king, one xl twin and a sofa bed. Pictures were not accurate, no hot water until we turned on hot water heater and the refrigerator wasn't even on. The view was spectacular though and neighbors were extremely friendly. Shower on lower level didn't drain well either. Owner was quick to respond to messages."

"Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie mit insgesamt 8 Personen im Haus. Dieses ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hat sich immer sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Wir wurden mit einem Obstkorb und gut befüllten Kühlschrank begrüßt. Auch Holz für den Pizzaofen wurde geliefert. Alles perfekt. "

"Thank you so much for renting out this very pretty house by the sea! It had everything we needed and the garden is like a Paradise. Very relexing, quiet and comfortable and still just a few steps from the beach. We alreday miss it........ Eva and Martin from Sweden"

"I think it is ideal place which is very comfortable and have everything required for live. Wi-Fi internet was very good, I was able to work from home. House is very stylish and absolutely clean. Very pleasant was to have some food already prepared by Manola for breakfast (I arrived at might and this was very nice to know that I don't need to think about finding food) House is situated in the city center. It is 2 minutes to main square where on Saturdays you can visit market. It is around 10...

Fantastic stay!

"We stayed in a deluxe double, with a beautiful round bath and it was fantastic, very spacious, comfortable bed. Sadly no smart TV, which I think should be a must nowadays. The spa is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is also very good. Close to the beach and well-connected by public transport. Members of staff very kind and helpful."
