Villa Valin

Villa Valin is a modern single-storey vacation villa that is perfect for up to 9 people. The house is located just 2 km from the sea and not far from Pula. It is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the village of Mali Vareski.

The villa has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In 3 out of 4 bedrooms you will find 2 single beds each, which can be put together into a comfortable double bed according to your wishes. In the 4th bedroom you will find a regular double bed. There is also a modern and colorful living room and dining room. The outdoor area is a calming oasis with the private pool as the focal point of the area. There is also a 40 m2 covered terrace that provides shelter from the summer sun and also serves as an outdoor dining area. Here you can enjoy your favorite drink or dish on warm summer nights. The villa is situated in a rural location and yet the beaches and resorts along this coastline are only a few kilometers away. The wild countryside with its numerous coastal and forest paths is ideal for cycling, long recreational walks and horse riding, while the regional specialties can be sampled in the many charming restaurants and agro-tourisms in the area. For those with an adventurous spirit, there is an excellently equipped diving center in nearby Krnica Bay, while the well-known summer resort of Duga Uvala offers a modern hotel complex with a great wellness center as well as various sports facilities, bars and disco. The popular resort of Medulin and the beautiful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are also nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Valin.
We had a wonderful stay at Vila Valin. The house is beautiful and the pool area perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. The house amenities were excellent - everything we could need was available! Marta and Daniel were so helpful with all the local things we wanted to do. They responded quickly to anything we needed. We could not have asked for a better stay! It was perfect! When we can return to Croatia we will definitely stay in Vila Valin again.

Eine ganz tolle Villa. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Räume klimatisiert, schöner Pool und viele Dinge für Kinder vorhanden. Im näheren Umkreis sind tolle kleine Badebuchten und Restaurants. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa Valin. Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub. Bei diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben uns mit super Restaurant und Ausflugs Tipps versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine phantastische Villa und eine tolle und sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie.
Eine phantastische Villa und eine tolle und sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie. Es war alles perfekt, 4 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche und noch ein extra WC. Der Pool ist toll, im Oktober unbedingt die Wärmepumpe mit dazu buchen, wir hatten zwischen 28 und 29 Grad. Die Lage ist prima, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zu einer tollen Badestelle. Nach Pula sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Es gibt einen schönen Einkaufsladen im nächsten Dorf, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ansonsten sind viele große Läden, Lidl, Kaufland etc. in Pula gut erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
