Beautiful Villa Matuzzi is located in Radeki Glavica near Pula and is an ideal choice for your vacation. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers an outdoor pool 10x5 meters with sun loungers and parasols. Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen with all necessary appliances and TV. The pool can be heated at an additional cost! Payment on the spot.
All rooms are air conditioned and the house is modern and superbly equipped. For your atmosphere there is a flat screen TV in each of the three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, microwave, etc.), a washing machine and dryer, there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the other 2 bathrooms with shower. There is also a hairdryer in each bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed 200 x 160 cm on which adults can sleep. The house has free WIFI.
The house is located on a plot of more than 1000 m2 and offers you complete privacy. The facility is non-smoking but smoking is allowed in the tavern. Pets are not allowed.
