- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- Strict No Pet Policy. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.
- Bookings are restricted to guests aged 25 and above.

In simple terms, this lake house just had it all. The layout of the property was perfect with the split main house guest hous setup. You’ll be either jealous or right at home with the elegance, thoughtfulness and technology the home offer… ease of access and proximity to wine country couldn’t be beat!
