Offering boat access and a small beach area, this charming waterfront getaway is fit for the perfect family vacation! Find everything you need to prepare quick snacks or full-course dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space. Pull a chair up around the large dining room table - ideal for meals or game nights. The spacious main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating options and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. The carpet has been completely removed and replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring. Head downstairs and find a second living room with an additional TV and a foosball table when you're craving a little friendly competition. Outside, this home features a furnished and covered deck with a table and chairs for alfresco dining, as well as a lower-level patio with a soothing private hot tub, TV, ceiling fans, and loads of additional seating. This home also boasts a small beach area by the water for more outdoor fun. Kayaks and other watercraft are available.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details: The owner's boat remains in the slip but they can tie up to the dock if they wish. Please advise guests to tie up the front and back of the boat to prevent it from floating out into the channel and blocking other people from passing. They can also park their trailer across the street from the house. They cannot leave their trailer at the boat ramp.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
