Perfectly located apartment 50 meters from Elviria beach located in the luxurious development White Pearl beach Phase 1. The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, kitchen, spacious living area and a south facing terrace.

Only 50 meters from the apartment you can access the Elviria beach, one of Marbella,s finest. The area furthermore has many bars, restaurants and shops located at walking distance. Even the world famous Nikki Beach club is only a 15 minute walk away.

The development is very well kept and offers great amenities like a heated pool, a laguna shaped (unheated) pool, a children's pool, extensive tropical gardens with ponds and water features and 24 hour security.

Amazing apartment
The complex and staff was fantastic and apartment was very clean and comfortable. So close to the beach and restraints it offers everything. We would love to come again!
