This villa with private pool is located in the center of Nueva Andalucía and within walking distance to all amenities like bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It has all extras a family could need during their holidays, from private swimming pool to jacuzzi, basketball court and pool table, private gym, barbeque and pizza oven, full air conditioning all around and free WiFi for guests. This very spacious holiday home with open plan kitchen from where you can enjoy the stunning views over La Concha Mountain has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms split over 2 levels. The games and movie room are located on the lower level with access to the pool and garden where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Aloha strip and Nueva Andalucia. 

The exterior kitchen is ideal for preparing dinners al fresco, baking fresh pizza or having a BBQ on the terrace by the swimming pool. 

This holiday property is within walking distance to Puerto Banús (about 15 minutes) and only a short drive from courses like Aloha Golf, Las Brisas Golf or Los Naranjos Golf Club. 

The Fly Blue ferry travels between Puerto Banus and the center of Marbella where you can explore Marbella Old Town and it's local bars, restaurants and nightlife on the Golden Mile, the famous Plaza de los Naranjos or take a nice stroll back to Puerto Banus enjoying the stunning views of the sea along the beachfront promenade past the famous Puente Romano and Marbella Club Hotel.

Villa Los Lobos - lovely villa/ just perfect for us
It was in a great location , fantastic amenities everything we needed for our holiday. Great for families , outside area was excellent, cooking on the bbq. Just perfect.We did love that the outside kitchen. Seating area and table outside . Loved this in the evening too with all the lights on very pretty. The gym and jacuzzi was used too . Inside the house was amazing lovely decor and again perfect for us . Very well equipped every thing was there for a perfect stay . Tv s in every room . Loved the TV in the tv room perfect for watching the football. Great for kids S they had their games room and TV. Loved the outside terrace upstairs . Villa was very clean and had been well serviced for our arrival. We would love to return and have another stay as we loved every thing especially the views from the pool too. We couldn’t use the pizza oven as there was no gas , or bottle . maybe that should be checked before guests arrive. Also there was very little hanging space for dresses just room for shirts , in the main bedroom upstairs and maybe a full length mirror upstairs . We were going to a wedding and it would have been nice to check our appearance before we left for the .

Super large family villa
This villa is perfect for families or larger groups and has everything you need and more including a super kitchen adjacent to the outdoor dining/bbq/pizza oven area, a large swimming pool, a shaded pool table and basketball court! Also it’s in a great location to walk to the supermarket aloha gardens and puerto banus - 10/10 A few general instructions on how to use the appliances and a floor plan would be helpful as the fifth bedroom is only accessible through other bedrooms which is useful to be aware of
