Vanwege een datum wijziging van onze kant, hebben we helaas niet in het appartement met zeezicht gezeten, maar de verhuurder zorgde netjes dat we een ander appartement kregen toegewezen. Het ligt in een urbanizacion met een omheind hek, waar je prima op straat ook je auto kunt parkeren. Op 100m van het strand waar een paar restaurantjes aanwezig zijn, waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Op een paar 100m afstand is een soort van winkelcentrum met meerdere restaurantjes en winkels. Het appartement was van alles voorzien en zag er prima uit. Het contact met de verhuurder ging per whatsapp en was prima. Omdat we op het laatst de datum wilden wijzigen dacht hij prima met ons mee en kwam met een goede oplossing. De locatie is op ongeveer 10km van het centrum van Marbella af.

Vi kan stærkt anbefale denne lejlighed, fed location direkte på dejlig strand, fantastisk udsigt ud over havet og poolen. Gå afstand til det hele 450-950 meter til butikker, apotek stort udvalg af restauranter

Inventar schon recht „abgenutzt“, aber alles funktioniert! Was will man….Ausstattung oder Lage…. Wir waren nur eine Tage da und haben uns für die Lage entschieden, daher haben wir die Zeit genossen. Für den Mietpreis in der Lage vermutlich unschlagbar! Paul als Ansprechpartner ist immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht, danke dafür!

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Abgeschlossenen Anlage (Romania Playa) direkt hinter der Düne zum Wasser. Alles notwendige für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busverbindung nach Marbella nur 700 m entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war excelent.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Bonne literie et bon Wifi. Le studio est équipé de manière basique avec de la vaisselle et du linge un peu dépareillé . La salle de bain est d'époque . Mais la vue fait oublier ces petits détails. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Schönes Appartment direkt am Meer
Wir haben den Ausblick vom Balkon täglich genossen. Einfach nicht zu toppen. Für den Preis sind auch die Räumlichkeiten und die Ausstattung ok. Der Strand direkt hinter der Düne ist schnell erreichbar. Auch die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Très beau studio avec vue magnifique, la plage était à 200 m et un petit centre ville à 500 m. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la résidence très calme et très bien entretenue enfin nous avons passé un beau séjour je pense que nous reviendrons.
