Peaceful location but easy to walk to everything you need. The apartment itself is very smart and well looked after. Everything you need to really enjoy your stay which we absolutely did, so much so we’ve booked to stay at the apartment again!
Phillippe was an excellent host - very quick to respond to any queries and couldn't have done more. The apartment is situated in a peaceful complex and we enjoyed our morning walks down to the beach each day - the smell of the warm pine which we walked through on the way into the village was lovely too.
Apartment was just as described and it was excellent. The aircon was brilliant and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would need.
Lovely stay in Elvira, I have stayed in this location before hence why we booked again. Location is ideal for Marbella and Puerto Banus, also Fuengirola. Apartment was ideal for a family of 4 , amenities all that we needed were available. Communication with the owner was no issue.
Overall a great stay in a good location and apartment.
Lovely apartment, short walk from the village. Well equiped, spacious and comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet location, no surrounding noise. The swimming pool is lovely, plenty of deckchairs. Would recommend if you have never been before. Elviria has a wealth of dining options, bars and childrens play areas.

Well furnished and well equipped
The photos on the website are accurate with no wide angle lenses used. The apartment is luxurious and spacious and the balcony area has plenty of room with comfortable furniture.

Excellent in all aspects
Arrived on Saturday, so collected keys from agent in Calahonda, as directed, and continued as directed with the maps to the complex. Very impressive from all aspects - secure, spacious and all balconies facing south! The apartment was well equipped and spacious, clean and bright. The location was ideal for exploring the area surrounding Marbella, with its many marinas and long, clear, sandy beaches. Ideally positioned for golfing enthusiasts, as well as the high wire and climbing facility. The only downside was negotiating the entries on to the A7 speed track!
Philippe's flat is sunny and bright, facing south. In November it was warm all day, no need for either air conditioning or heating. The flat is a good size with a lovely large balcony with a pretty outlook on trees and grass. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided and there is almost instant communication back from the owner if you have any questions. The hot water is plentiful with great water pressure in the showers. The TV has a multitude of channels including British ones. The complex is beautifully landscaped with flowers and pools and is well situated, just a few minutes drive from shops and restaurants and the beach. There is security at the gates so one can feel perfectly safe. We hope to return before too long.

Beautiful apartment
We have just spent 11 days in this lovely apartment in Elviria. The pictures do not do the apartment justice, as it is excellent not only internally but also the grounds of the complex. Everything is very well maintained. The apartment has everything you will need for a home from home holiday. We spent many hours on the terrace enjoying the sunshine. Elviria itself is just a short walk from the complex and has everything you will need. We hired a car and ventures out and about, but there is a lovely beach within walking distance so once you are there a car is not a necessary. There is also 2 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in Evliria.
We would like to thank Philippe for the use of this beautiful apartment and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce splendide appartement. C'est charmant, la résidence est calme, verdoyante. Les piscines sont agréables.
Nous disposions de tout le confort dans l'appartement. La literie est confortable et nous y étions comme à la maison.

Nous fûmes très enchantés de notre séjour dans le condo de Philippe.
L’appartement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes et même au-delà.
De plus, l’appartement était idéal pour deux couples, chacun ayant son intimité à cause de la configuration des pièces.
La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente et rapide.
Endroit très bien situé et central pour visiter les alentours. Le site est très sécurisé et très bien entretenu.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Elviria sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das absolute Highlight war der schöne große Balkon, auf dem wir von morgens bis nachmittags Sonne genießen konnten.
Wir hatten 10 schöne Tage in dieser Wohnung zu viert. Für 2 Paare optimal. Allein die Autobahn war abends etwas störend. In der Umgebung gibt rs Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Besonders das japanische Restaurant ist zu erwähnen.
Een heerlijk appartement, dichtbij centrum. Golfbaan, winkels, restaurants echt super.
Fijn balkon, alle gemakken voorzien. We komen graag terug.
Mijas, leuk stadje, cabopino haventje, alles dichtbij.

Elviria is a great area with lovely beaches and good restaurants on your doorstep. It’s only a short drive to Marbella ( or a very cheap bus ride from the bottom of the road ) we will definitely be back.
