Welcome to our cozy apartment in the quiet area of Guadalmina, in Marbella, perfect for golf and beach lovers. With a strategic location, this apartment is located right in front of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, with easy access to other courses such as Atalaya Golf and El Paraíso Golf. Within walking distance of beaches such as Linda Vista, San Pedro de Alcántara, El Saladillo and Guadalmansa. In addition, it is just a few minutes drive from the Guadalmina shopping center and a variety of restaurants, including the Japanese Dajidali, Asador Guadalmina, El Pescador and Maï, which offer a rich gastronomic selection. As there are supermarkets nearby and multiple leisure options, this apartment is an excellent base for exploring everything Marbella has to offer.
