"We spent a fabulous ten days in this beautiful villa late August, early September 2024 whilst attending a family wedding. The villa had everything we could ask for and the view over the bay was spectacular both day and night. The outside space was particularly generous around the pool and eating area with an extended garden area leading down to a coastal path. "It was disappointing to arrive at Villa Thio to find that the property was not as advertised. The pool was dirty (the property manager did come with his son and a janitor to clean it when we made them aware), the sitting room had curtains hanging off the rails, the bathrooms were in need of a good spring cleaning. "The villa has everything you need and is the best we have stayed in on trips to Coral Bay. It's in a good location being only 5 mins walk to shops/groceries/takeaways/bars/restaurants and only 8-10 mins walk to the coast. Only 2-3 mins drive to a big supermarket. One of the best things for us, is that it was very private (many villas in Coral Bay have low walls/fences between neighbouring villas, this has high lush hedges and foliage - perfect. Also love the self check-in with a key lock box."
