Located in the secluded Indigo Reef Resort in Marathon, this luxury vacation rental is pure paradise. You will immerse yourself in long leisurely days of boating, lounging by the pool and watching spectacular sunsets from your back porch. Located just 90 miles south of Miami and 45 miles from Key West, the resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with full access to the Atlantic Ocean through Vaca Cut which is right around the corner from Indigo Reef. You'll have your own private boat dock just steps from your back porch. The Florida Keys are known for the best fishing, diving and tropical reefs in the world. (Note: Minimum weekly rental. License: PLR2018-00610)

This spacious three bedroom, two and a half bath Villa will make you feel right at home. Each bedroom has it's own television, with a 60” flat screen TV in the living room. The Villa has direct sunset views looking out to the Gulf of Mexico, which can be enjoyed from the porch or upper balcony. Just steps from your back porch is your own private boat dock for boats up to 31'. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you'll need to dine in and you can easily grill your daily catch on one of several charcoal grills located throughout the resort grounds. The villa is fully appointed for everything you will need for your stay. Just pack and relax!

Great sunsets and rest and relax at pool
Exterior window trim and porches are in need of power washing, paint peeling scraped and painted. Bedroom with queen bed needs a second night stand next to bed. Tissues would be nice. Pool was great. Met a lot nice people owners and renters! Felt very safe at this location. Many excellent restaurants within 5 to 15 minute drive.

Marathon Family Vacation
My family and I had a great time in Marathon this year. The house was nicely set up and had everything we needed for the week. The property was very nice and we really enjoyed the pool and access to the boat slips. It is close to the Marathon airport and you do have planes and helicopters flying over. Generally it didn't bother us but some were definitely very loud.

We had a wonderful stay in Indigo Reef Villas in Marathon Florida! Everything is exactly as advertised. Heated luxurious pool, views to die for, clean spacious condo. Gated community, safe and secure. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

My family of 5 stayed at Indigo Reef for Spring Break last week. The house was spacious and beautiful and had everything we needed. Our back decks faced west so we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening. The pool area was well kept and very quiet. We will be back!

Great Location and Property
Property was just as listed. Plenty of room and well-equipped. Being an end unit, it has lots of windows and light. View from both porches are awesome. The large lawn makes for great optics and a good place for the kids to run around. Sunsets are spectacular. Pool was very nice and never got too crowded. Marathon itself was great for the family. Will be returning.

Lovely Time at Indigo Reef
Perfect location for us to be close to other family renting at KCB, and close to shops, restaurants, and fun activities. House was exactly as shown online and was clean an comfortable. We had everything that we needed for our stay. Management responded quickly when we found our blender was not working and that one of our wine glasses was broken. Loved our view of the open water and sitting on the back deck to watch the sunsets. Parking space was a little hard to get in and out of with our minivan, but we got used to it. Great to have a washer/dryer in the unit and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

Great place, just as described.
This unit is one of the nicest and cleanest we've ever stayed in. It was exactly as described and had all the amenities needed for a vacation home base. Beds and furniture were comfy, kitchen well stocked and parking very easy if you only have 1 vehicle. Owners were super pleasant to work with and surprised us with a key lime pie mid-week. High end place compared to almost all other options we considered. One thing worth noting is the unit is very close to the Marathon Airport, so you do get some noise from low flying aircraft (mostly small GA planes but some mid-sized corporate jets too). If you like to sleep in, this may be a factor worth considering. This did not have a negative impact on our vacation and in fact enhanced it as I love watching airplanes. All in all a fantastic place and would definitely stay here again.

The view from this villa is incredible. It’s close to the pool, but not so close that you can hear the noise from it. The property was very clean and the fitness center had some updated equipment. We will be back! :)

Wonderful, relaxing week!
The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and the views were gorgeous! We had everything that we needed such as cookware, dishes and towels. We didn’t have a boat, but enjoyed watching the boats go by and chatted with folks about their catches. The pool was beautiful, peaceful and not crowded. We would absolutely stay at unit 51 again!
