Scenically situated at the edge of a canal, this home features a 30-foot dock (with a filet cleaning table, water, and power), a private outdoor pool, and a patio where you can grill your fresh catch each evening and soak in the wonderful views. Inside, you'll find modern amenities, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and breezy, open living spaces to come home to each day!

This home is located right on the water in Marathon, so you won't have to go far to get the full feeling of the Florida Keys. When you're not launching your fishing boat or taking out your kayaks, you'll be an easy stroll from a variety of restaurants, shops, and sources of entertainment. You can practice your drive at the Sombrero Country Club or the Florida Keys Country Club, both of which are only half a mile away, or spend your days in the white sand of Sombrero Beach.

Dock details:
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 200 per stay must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
