Had a great time in the keys with the kiddos.The house was great and the owners were wonderful. They answered all questions promptly and they have thought of everything. The kayaks are a great addition to the trip and we never got bored! We will definitely be back!

This place is nice on the water huge outside area with a breeze 24 hours a day it was so nice they are nice clean updated units I love it nothing bad to say about this place. I highly recommend great location too

Great spot for family vacation!
This house was super clean and fully stocked with everything you need! They had a variety of games, snorkeling gear, fishing gear and an awesome outdoor living area. The owner was super great too! We will be back again!

Dream Vacation
Luna Bay Breeze is an excellent property. It was immaculate, comfortable, great location, had every amenity we could want and then some and Danielle truly cared about us having everything we needed including a good time. I HIGHLY recommend this property. If we return to the Keys we will stay here again.

Awesome amenities and owner interactions
The property equipment and facilities are top notch. Everything was clean and in good working order. The owner was exceptionally helpful and went way beyond the norm. The kitchen had every conceivable gadget you could want and was well stocked. The only thing we needed to bring were some spices! It is located right in the heart of Marathon, close to all activities. We highly recommend this property!

Relaxing stay with lots of amenities
We are a family of 6 and had a wonderful stay over spring break. The house was fully stocked and had a lot of amenities (kayaks, bikes, pool, fishing rods, beach umbrellas & chairs, beach towels, grills, ice machines, dock, floating dock, etc.). The coffee bar was a nice touch with k-cups, creamer, and bottled water. We played connect 4, jenga, Bingo, cards, cornhole, etc. outside. The amenities are shared with the other rental tenant (upstairs) but both groups were nice and we had no issues. The owner was very good with communication before and during our stay and texted multiple times.

Great Location And Amenities
Location is right off US1 and directly on a canal. Couple blocks to shops and grocery stores and a nice bike ride (if you wanted!) to Sombrero beach. This property has tons of games, bikes, kayaks, lounge chairs and a great overall outdoor space. Pool is big enough for a family but could be a bit much if all duplex participants wanted to swim at the same time. Overall we would highly recommend this and would stay again.

Amenities made our stay!
The amenities at Luna Bay Breeze make it stand out above the rest! Walking in we were greeted with a welcome basket as well as the place being stocked with all the basic essentials to make it a hassle free stay. The pool offered a nice dip after a long day on the beach and the plentiful kayaks made a fun get around in the canals. Danielle always checked in to make sure our stay was as best as could be and the location was within a two block walk if the bus stop to get to Key West! Overall, a super nice property with a great host!

Great base camp for all your Florida Keys adventures
Great central keys location in Marathon. Clean, spacious living space with a surprisingly good kitchen. Fun gathering space below with a pool and outdoor kitchen and hangout patio. Direct access to the ocean via the canal at rear of property. Owner was very helpful and accessible, even offered to work with our rental days when our flight was canceled. Highly recommend.

Great location and condo
This condo is nicer even than the photos show. The owners gave us lots of hints and recommendations for the local area. The lot is huge, with lots of space for small or large groups. Lots of amenities, kitchen was well stocked (best we have rented). Loved going for a kayak down the canal one day😊if coming to the keys again, would definitely rent here again. Danielle was quick and prompt with answers to any questions we had, and super helpful.

Super Clean
Cleanliness is always a huge concern with VRBO rentals and this place was spotless. Kitchen had every utensil that you would expect at home. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and do there own thing when we were not exploring the Keys. Love the location of Marathon 1 hour to Key West and 1 hour and 15 minutes to Key Largo. Lots of restaurants, very casual and great food. The owner Danielle available throughout our stay and we relied on her more than normal for recommendations due to weather that was not beach friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again. Thanks again for sharing your home with our family.

No regret
This property was great. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Danielle the host was great and very easy to communicate with. Anything we needed she made it happen. I was there for work but my family came in town for most of the trip and had a blast. Its just minutes away from Sombrero Beach which is great. No complaints and will definitely return for work and definitely pleasure.

Excellent- Everything was clean & tidy. This home Has everything you possibly need to make it extra comfortable. We Loved hanging outside with family on chill days. Location was great, we had the grocery store few minutes away. We on a 10 mile bike ride from house, beach was not far and could ride bikes there. Overall everything was perfect no complaints:)) Thanks!! Will recommend to family & friends!

Work Trip
The property was very clean with alot of amenities on the canal with a boat dock. Way more than we expected.The owner was very understanding when we had a slight mishap and a dog showed up and was removed quickly. Just a word to the wise no dogs my guys found out the hard way. I would recommend this to anyone heading to the keys for vacation. GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION. Thank you again for your hospitality and I look forward to bringing my family down in the near future.

Graduation Fishing Trip
Our family & friends traveled to Marathon to celebrate my sons graduation. The property was spotless. Danielle was extremely helpful before, during & after. We took our 34ft fishing boat down so my son could go out fishing daily. There is a very nice outside kitchen consisting of 3 grills and plenty of cookware to cook all of our fresh catches daily. Enough outdoor seating to have dinner and relax after a day on the water. Our unit was very clean. All three bedrooms had comfortable beds. The kitchen has all new appliances and cookware. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back

Perfect!
I dont even know where to start with this trip. This was certainly not our first time to the keys, but it was absolutely the most adventurous! Our first week, however was cold and rainy. We were so very thankful for the space, comfort, and amenities (games, streaming, internet) that were inside the property. I dont want to forget to mention that is was by far the cleanest place we have stayed ANYWHERE. We stayed comfortable and entertained through the unexpected weather. Danielle was very informative of things to see and do. There were quite a few informational flyers and brochures in the apartment. We swam with dolphins! Took our boat out and snorkeled the reefs, I swam with a sea turtle at the reef!! Visited the turtle hospital and the following day we partook in the release of 4 rehabilitated sea turtles! We found an awesome little place called Bongos, where we had delicious lunch and drank in the beer garden while swinging in hammocks. The teen daughter learned to wakeboard there as well. Porkys has great food and putt putt golf. Castaways has a fantastic breakfast! Ask for Anne! So much to sayand so little space to say it. We eneded up staying an extra day because we were just not ready to leave. On our last day there we were visited by a manatee and her baby and, just when i thought it couldnt get an better, a second adult manatee joined along with ANOTHER baby manatee!!! Righ in our canal! It was amazing. They stayed for hours! Like i said,this trip was just perfect

This is a clean multi family residence. 30 minutes to ocean by boat.
Overall the property was very well maintained. The property has new appliances and was very clean. You can definitely tell the owner has customer service in mind. The property is listed as a duplex. Please take into consideration that the property owners along with their two children and dog stayed on site for 5 of the 7 days we rented the property. The property owner is very nice and friendly but there is little privacy. The boat dock is listed as 75 ft but a boat lift takes up a lot of the space and only leaves about 50Ft or less of usable space. The other renters had a 21 ft boat and we had a 27 ft. We barely fit. My boat was 5 ft off the front of the dock and the other renters were constantly worried about our boats hitting. Also the neighbors dog was terrible. Barking all night 10pm-5am for multiple nights in a row. This property is located at the end of a long 30 minute no wake zone. There is no quick access to the ocean or the gulf. If you plan to fish and bring your own bait please be aware that there is ONE bait freezer for the three properties, so if you show up last, you will not have a spot for bait. There is a supplemental freezer over a community refrigerator but we ultimately had to buy bait daily because there was no other freezer. Again, overall nice place and had an above ground pool. The property was well stocked with a keurig and pods spices ect. Overall I would not rent again due to the long no wake zone, the duplex property and the owner on site the majority of the time.
