Walk to Sombrero Beach!

The physical address to the house is 445 Sombrero Beach Road. Apple maps locates the house correcly but google maps doesnt. Come stay, fish, snorkel, relax in the pool, walk to Sombrero Beach. Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the pool, balconies, living room or master bedrooms! This newly constructed and professionally furnished 5 bedroom 5 bath villa is the perfect vacation retreat. All bedrooms except one has an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TV with a robust channel package with Xfinity. Elevator access to all floors makes for a leisurely relaxing stay.
Ground Floor
Second Master with King Bed, ensuite bath, kitchenette, view of pool and water. It also has a couch with a Queen pull out bed with a very comfortable bamboo memory foam topper! Views of the pool, water, and sunset from the bedroom our just outside under the covered lanai.
1st Floor
Open floor plan with chefs kitchen, dining area and living room. Views of the pool, sunset and water from living room, kitchen, dining room and balcony!
The single bedroom on the first floor has a bunk bed with a queen on bottom and twin on top. Its located next to the full bathroom for the main living area.
2nd Floor
Huge master suite with king bed, private master balcony, extra large walk in closet ensuite bath, views of the pool, water, sunset from the master and balcony.
Bedroom 4 contains a king bed and ensuite bath. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and an ensuite bath as well!
Like to fish? Bring your boat or rent one so you can get out on the and enjoy the water. Owners of this villa are avid fishermen of they keys and will provide fishing advise and gps coordinates of local hot spots and sandbars to enjoy. The dock is able to accommodate 2 boats up to 40' in length. 110V power and water at the dock along with a fish cleaning station.
3 bicycles in the garage, beach chairs furnished, and 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. There is even a 400lb commercial ice maker in the garage to ice your boat down without having to go into town to the ice machine everyday! The chest freezer in the garage can store your catch and bait for the duration of your stay. We want you to have the best vacation you've ever had right here in our little slice of paradise!
The property has room for 3 vehicles in the driveway/garage and a 70’ overflow parking space next to the house for additional cars or boat trailers.

Great family trip/80th birthday celebration
House was beautiful, very clean, AWESOME ice machine, bikes/kayaks, kitchen had everything we needed. Very comfortable for 9 adults. Elevator made moving in/out a breeze. Excellent communication with the owner, readily available. The only negatives were a broken bathroom door in one of the small bedrooms (zero privacy between the bed and the toilet) and the pool umbrella was broken. Caught mahi and tuna from the boat we rented and caught a ton of fish from the dock (snapper, snook, nurse shark, etc). Able to walk to Sombrero Beach. There was everything for the beach/pool - cooler, chairs, beach towels, cart, floats, gas grill. Great views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. Publix 2 min away. A/C worked great. Two refrigerators came in handy. Would definitely stay again.

Property manager, Jeff was interactive prior and during our stay. He provided key details about the property which enabled us to be knowledgeable and confident in using the elevator and other features of the property. He provided referrals for dining and other local attractions that were invaluable. We especially enjoyed the the boat dock, elevator, kayaks, pool, bikes, and ice machine. Best host, best stay in Marathon
Jeff is the most attentive and nicest host we’ve ever had. We’ve been coming to the Keys for 20 years and this was the overall best rental experience. We stayed for two weeks with my four adult children and their spouses and a few toddlers. Plenty of room. Everything you could want and need, this home has it. Perfectly clean, plenty of room, upscale appliances and furniture. You will not be disappointed. Comfortable beds, plenty of starter supplies provided. Can’t say enough good things!

Fantastic Vacation in Marathon
The property was just as it was advertised. My husband and I are mobility challenged. The elevator was a wonderful help. Our group consisted of my husband and I, my daughter, son-in-law, my two grandsons (18 and 20), my cousin and her husband. We were able to spread out and everyone had their own bedrooms and baths. Also, our group included two poodles. There are great activities in the area! My daughter and grandsons were able to get in three days of diving. We enjoyed great restaurants. Everyone liked being able to shop in the stores in the area. One couple even drove down to Key West since they had never been. I enjoyed lounging around the pool. Marathon is a great place to vacation and your house is the perfect place there!

Family Keys Vacation
Our group was Nana and Pops, 2 sons with wives and children. Children ranged in age from 16 to 7. The property was just as it was described in the VRBO account. There were no surprises or disappointments. Having a pool kept the kids occupied and the dock provided opportunity for fishing and meeting a manatee. The boys also rented a fishing boat and docked it at the house. The owner, Jeff, was very helpful in providing fishing tips as well as any questions we had about the house or area. Everyone in our group was very pleased and hated to leave! To quote our 7 year old grandson: “I want to come back to this house next year!” All in all, this rental provided together time for our busy family and also provided private space for each family unit.

Fabulous water front home
Our large family of 12 had a fabulous stay at this beautiful property. Perfectly located close to the beach, access to the gulf for fishing and inlets to explore. Best family vacation
The house was even better than we imagined it to be! My family and I can't wait to return next year for our annual trip. The host gave lots of recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need and more! My family rented a boat and the dock was perfect not to far back into the canal, the dock had a fish cleaning station with a hose that came in so handy! We also seen manatees everyday swimming around The host also had baby gear that was very nice to use. The elevater was also very handy. My entire family loved lounging at the pool and watching the sunset from the balcony everyday. Everything was lovely and we cant wait to return!

The house is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family of all ages. The property is exactly as described, as well as the photos. The property is exactly as it is in the description and photos . The excellent communication with the owner helped make our stay more enjoyable. He went over the different things in the house and best places to eat and visit. We had 8 adults and there is plenty of space for all of us to enjoy the inside and outside pool area . The beach is an easy walk away and the owner has beach chairs and a wagon to help carry the load to the beach . There is a grocery store about a mile away to get all your food choices . I would stay here again in the future .

The property is great for families and has everything you need for all ages to enjoy the stay. Bikes, kayaks, dock, heated pool, and close to Sombrero Beach. And the host, Jeff, is the icing on the cake. He is easily reached when needed and thorough in the welcoming briefing. He offered great fishing, snorkeling; and local restaurant recommemdations. Our family trip to Marathon was our first trip to the Keys! We couldn’t have chosen a better location, home for our family, or a better host. Enjoyable stay
We're an adult family of 9 that spend a week in the Keys every year for the past 30 years. We've rented many houses and this is one of our favorites. The ice machine, deep freezer and wheelbarrow make loading and unloading the boat a breeze.
