Manatee Oasis: 3BR/2BA SFH w/Dockage, Fire Pit, & Private Pool

This exceptional home offers everything you need for a perfect getaway, making it hard to leave! Inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen that seamlessly connects to the living area, wet bar with island, and dining spaces, all offering plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV.

The three bedrooms, located on the opposite side of the living room, provide peaceful and comfortable sleeping quarters. The master bedroom features an en suite bath, a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool. Down the hall, two guest bedrooms share a bathroom, each furnished with king-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located next to the dining room.

Step outside to enjoy the fantastic outdoor amenities. Relax in the heated pool under the shade of two large umbrellas, unwind with a good book on the screened-in porch with cooling ceiling fans, or lounge in the hammock beneath the Tiki.

For fishing enthusiasts, this retreat is a true gem. The dock is equipped with power and water, and a convenient fish cleaning table awaits your catch. Whether you're grilling your haul on the gas grill or storing leftover bait in the handy freezer, this home is fully equipped for your fishing adventures. If you're bringing your boat, you'll appreciate the 35 ft dock, ample trailer parking, and space for three cars. The nearby Vaca Cut bridge offers easy access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic.

As the evening sets in, gather around the fire pit to share stories of your day on the water.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Min. Booking age is 25 years old and must be present for entire stay
Home has a max occupancy of 8 people no matter the age (adutls, chidlren & infants count). 
Garage is not available for guest use.
Pet friendly and will require a non refundable fee, amount depends on pet size and breed (breed restrictions apply) - must be 50lbs or less 
Pool heat is not included and will be turned on with a fee of  $125. per week.
Boat Lift not available for guests, owners boat is on the lift but does not block any view or take any space from the 35 ft of dockage space for guests.
There are outdoor camersa, they are there for both owner & guest safety & liability purposes. 
Check-in is  4 pm on day of arrival.
Check out is 10 am on the day of departure.
