Cute and super clean! One bedroom and one bath, nicely decorated & furnished. Bedroom has queen bed with topper. Bedroom also has sliding patio door that walks out to private court yard with BBQ, table & chairs.
Living room has couch that opens to a queen size sleeper. Tile floors throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped. WiFi internet, cable TV, & DVD player. Washer and dryer available in laundry room.
Walk to end of driveway to community to concrete dock/ Open area for fishing.
Large commercial fishing charter boats within walking distance. Captain Hook’s for bait, tackle, boat rentals, etc. Curry’s coffee & smoothies around the corner.
Great location. Relax and enjoy the laid back Keyzie life. Just bring your fishing pole and flip flops!

This property was excellent and made our stay in Marathon so enjoyable. Lian was very quick to answer messages and gave us all of the info we needed prior to arrival. I would definitely book this place again.

Lovely bungalow for the perfect Marathon retreat!
This lovely duplex really felt like home. It's not over-the-top luxe or grandly fancy, just genuine and homey. It's very clear that the property is very clean, and virtually all amenities were provided. Cozy, relaxing and a real home away from home await!

Everything that was needed was there. Very homey and close to activities. Only thing missing was propane gas for barbecue. Sunshine, property manager lives next door and is so helpful. Great place to stay.

Absolutely Wonderful
This rental was absolutely PERFECT!! Lian responds very quickly to any questions. The cottage was adorable and spotless. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets which came in handy on the chilly nights we were there. We will definitely be staying here again when traveling to the Keys.

This was a nice place to stay. It was clean, and nice for the price. There wasn't alot of room to park but we enjoyed our stay. The price was fair as well. Management was very nice and always answered questions right away.Very nice ladies.

The unit had everything we needed. I especially liked being able to park right next to the door. It made unloading/loading luggage and groceries especially easy. We used the grill and laundry almost every day. It was close to all the island activities.

The place was clean and nice. Cute area. Owner is very sweet. The grill was completely broken so unfortunately we couldn't use that. . .overall we would rent it again. For the price, it's worth it. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay.
I really liked the property. I was impressed by the cleanliness, and the fact that the owner provided things that I never thought to pack. Examples: I needed a scissors, there was one in the drawer. I needed a collider for spaghetti, there was one in the cupboard. I really appreciated the free washer and dryer. I also liked the central location, an equal distance to Key Largo and Key West. I would stay there again anytime.

Our stay was great and relaxing 😌 Lian is a wonderful host and promp with communication.
We had a wonderful time the accommodations were completely adequate for what we needed was well supplied with all things that 1 would want in a vacation rental including a barbecue and a nice back patio with furniture. I tend to cook more when on vacation almost = going out to eat so I appreciate the fact that you tend to hold and things I needed like pots and different sizes of pots were available for me to use. The only thing I did not have was a baking Pan that was either 9X13 or a cookie sheet in which I was going to use to broil fish but other than that everything was available and very well stocked!!
