Tropical Ocean views directly from your private screened balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or have a happy hour cocktail on the balcony.

Steps to a 200-foot private beach and heated pool right on the Atlantic! Adjacent to mile long and very secluded Coco Plum Beach. Great for walks along the ocean.

This very quiet, well maintained condo complex is the perfect place to chill! Located on a peaceful strip of Coco Plum Beach in Marathon, Florida Keys, Mile Marker 54.
From this location, it is convenient to Key West and all the Key's activities, water-sports, fishing, restaurants, and sightseeing. Just bring yourselves - everything else is here!

There are 4 marinas within 1/2 a mile of the condo. Marina list available upon request.

We prefer to rent Saturday-to-Saturday, 7 night minimum.

Property was great, plenty spacious for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed! Weather did not cooperate but that’s not anyone’s fault. Great location easy drive to Key West as a day trip. My only comment would be that the bathroom fan did not work but not a huge deal.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic week at this condo. It was exactly as pictured and met all our needs. Lots to explore nearby in Marathon, Islamorada, Key West, etc. It was always nice to enjoy the pool after a day exploring the area. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the laid back atmosphere of Marathon and this complex. Pool was very nice. Not much of a beach here, but a really nice beach is a short drive away. Condo was just as described, everything we needed.

Family of 4 and we had plenty of room to move around during our week stay. Was great to be able to walk onto the beach at any time of day/night or use the pool if we preferred. Very quiet complex. Felt very safe in Marathon and Coco Plum Dr. had great sidewalks for my morning or evening walks. Condo was just as advertised, pictures are current and owner was always quick to respond to emails before our arrival. Wouldn't think twice about staying here again!

Perfect location to stay in the Keys
Love Marathon area. This complex is located in a great spot. Community pool was clean and for the lost part quit. Unit was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us. Kitchen decently stocked and starter packs for the kitchen and bathrooms was greatly appreciated. Holli, the unit manager was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

a very nice place
the property is just as advertised. a great location on the beach, and a very good view of such from the unit. the unit was nice and clean upon arrival. i spoke with both of the property managers while we were there and they were very nice and helpful. the screened-in porch was great to sit and relax in. the beds were very comfortable. can't say enough good things about our stay.

Great vacaation spot
When we arrived on Saturday, everything was just like it said it was. We had starter supplies for the week, then went to the store (2 miles away) and bought what we needed and more. Our condo was clean and very convenient to lots of stores and attractions. The pool was really good. We would stay there again, as you can also catch the Key West Transit (for $1 each if you are a senior) to go to Key West. There are many restaurants in the area also

Our stay was great like usual, except we noticed this time some of the owners were watching us like hawks!we had glass bottles at the pool. The lady called to our attention, and we corrected the problem immediately!after that we noticed the pool natzi s were gathered around gossiping and pointing at us. We are 60 years old, and don’t want to be treated like kids!other than that it was a nice stay! Well kept beach and grounds.
