Keywords: A mesmerizing view, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath oceanfront unit. First floor unit (elevated) overlooks the pool and beach. Beautiful view from the screened porch and living area. Master bedroom has a king size bed with gorgeous views and a french door leading to the screened patio, second bedroom has 2 twins (that can be made into a King) and there is a pull out couch in the living room for guests. We also have a very nice inflatable Queen Bed. Nicely furnished with a tropical decor. Heated pool in the winter months, and a very long sandy beach. The Atlantic Ocean is within steps of this unit. Tennis court. Stairs and elevator. We are also across the street from a paved bicycle trail and right next door to the Coco Plum Beach. The beaches are protected because of the sea turtles and are natural.

Some recent updates... 2 new bicycles bringing the total up to 4 Beach Cruisers, rescreened the condo with a finer (20/20) insect (no-see-um) proof screen system. We also use the Hospitalogy (anti-bed bug) Mattress and Boxspring incasements on every bed. We also provide dishwasher detergent packets, laundry soap packets, and a small bottle of dish soap.

Rental was as advertised, very clean unit with excellent amenities. I have no complaints as condo is in a great location, host was very helpful in that he provided great suggestions for the marathon environment, and he was very thorough in preparation instructions, both wife and myself were very impressed with this unit and felt it was very good value for the money paid.

The condo is as listed. The view is amazing. We were able to fish right on the beach.
I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Marathon. It's next to the beach, excellent views, close to restaurants and attractions for children.

Amazing view and wonderful condo!
We stayed here for a week in January and we had everything we needed and more. The condo was perfect for our family and was so nice and clean. The owners take pride in their vacation rental and it shows. Thank you Todd and Jamie for providing us with a wonderful place to stay on our vacation.

Wonderful & Warm Vacation
We just returned from a week of exceptional warmth and an absolute wonderful stay at this amazing condo! The owner(s) provided excellent info on places to see, eat and local fare & were so easy to work with! The condo has beautiful sunrises, terrific views and sound of the ocean waves. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing get away. We enjoyed ourselves and miss it already!

We enjoyed the condo and the location. The only draw back was the sea grass on the beach next to our unit. I just the would have cleaned it up better so didn’t have to go to the state parks as much. The unit was nice and updated and we had a great time!

Great condo with all the extras
Lovely, well-maintained condo with all the extras that make a trip perfect. We used the bikes, kayaks, cooler and snorkel equipment. Also appreciated the supply of beach towels so we could pack lighter. We loved the empty beach next door and not having any other resorts on that side of us.

By far the best place we have ever stayed at in our 20 beach vacations. Having a quarter mile of semi private, unpopulated and undeveloped beach in our backyard for the week was the most amazing experience. We are refreshed and hope to come back again in the future.

Beautifully updated interior. New flooring, counters, paint and appliances. Nice pool area.
Our first trip to Marathon and we had a blast. This property is quiet and perfect for families. Only negative for me was the cabana and grill area was destroyed in the Hurricane. Would have liked to have BBQ’d near the beach. Sure it will be rebuilt soon.

Terrific condo and wonderful location!
This is a fantastic condo, right on the water with a quiet beach that's great for beach combing. Very comfortable place, lot's of room, bright,clean and breezy. There are lots of things to do in the area, including hiking in the beautiful state parks; cycling; visiting Islamorada and Key West; and best of all -- just relaxing. Easy drive from Miami airport - if you want to visit the Keys this is a great way to do it!

Thankful for our time here!
The condo was immaculate and generously stocked. The location was peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. Having bikes and kayak included was extremely convenient and saved us time, money, and decision-making fatigue. Todd was easy to communicate with, had helpful suggestions and obviously takes pride in this property and guests’ experience here. I hope we can come back someday!
