Best location ever!
What a great property! We loved every minute of our trip and especially the location and amenities of this Yellowtail VRBO. Our teenage boys sat in the hot tub nearly every night and watched a movie or some sporting events - they loved it! They also fished off the dock and caught some spectacular fish! So much fun! We used the grill, the kitchen, the roof fire pit for smores - it was all just perfect. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. No complaints here - this is an ideal spot!!

End of Summer Getaway
July is HOT! Had a fabulous time in the pool, on a boat or in the AC. Wonderful vacation spot and could not have asked for a better host. Matt was wonderful and gave us so many great recommendations.

Perfect Vacation
Yellowtail Villa was a wonderful home for our vacation. The owner was extremely kind and responded promptly to any questions I posed. The house had everything we needed to make our stay in the Keys very enjoyable. The private community was quiet and we felt very comfortable the entirety of our stay. This home is perfect for a family or group of friends.

Family Vacation
This house was perfect for our family vacation. We swam right off the doc and was able to see countless tropical fish, a manatee, dolphins, a stingray, and so much more. It was like swimming in a fishbowl! The house is very unique and has a comfortable feel we would definitely stay again. Only problem we had was master bathroom toilet did not flush well at all and really couldn't be used much.

Fantastic
This rental was fabulous. The sunrises and sunsets on the roof top are spectacular! It is in a great location. Two restaurants within walking distance. The pool is a little on the smaller side but we enjoyed it everyday we were there. There is nothing bad about this place. I almost hate to give a great review because then the secret of this gem of a place is out there. Definitely want to come back here again. Thanks Matt, you are a great host!

Everything you need is here!
What an amazing place. Everything was so clean! We arrived later than planned and the owner left lights on for us in the parking area. Had an elevator to assist with all our stuff. The two balconies are perfect for having dinner and drinks on. If that’s not enough, the rooftop access is the deal closer! Loved everything about the place. Perfect location, almost dead center of the keys, so you’re the same distance from Key West as Key Largo. We’ll definitely be back!

Yellow Tail Villa Great Time
My wife and I spent 3 weeks at Yellow Tail. Matt the host is easy to work with and very communicative. Great location with spectacular views. Well furnished with everything you will need. We liked it so much we have booked 3 weeks next year.

Great Vacation Spot
We enjoyed our stay at the Yellowtail Villa. The villa is well laid out with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There were six of us, so it was really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. While at the villa, we especially enjoyed the pool, the tiki bar and fishing off the dock. We also went to Key West a couple of times, as it's just over an hour away. Sombrero beach is only a few minutes away and a must. Matt, the host, was super responsive and very helpful with recommendations and local connections.

Fantastic Family Vacation
We LOVED our time at Yellowtail Villa...it was the perfect base to explore the FL Keys and Matt was an exceptional host! We had plenty of space for our family of 6, comfortable beds and everything we could have needed. The recommendations provided by Matt were all great! We rented a boat and loved having one to explore...Matt made arrangements for us to use the neighbors dock space since they didn't have one this particular week. The current in/out of the dockage due to the proximity of Vaca Cut can be dicey getting in and out, but experienced boaters will be just fine! Our family truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful for all of the extra help that Matt provided prior to and during our stay to make it seamless for us!

Our group of 6 friends had a great time at YellowTail Villa! Matt was very easy to communicate with and gave us a great list of recommendations for food and things to do. BEST VACATION EVER!!!!
This truly was the most relaxing and fun vacation! The Yellowtail sits beautifully at the edge of the water and has great views. There was plenty of room for everyone, and my little one loved the elevator! Lol Matt is fantastic and so easy to get ahold of! Every detail was amazing from check-in the check-out (didn’t want to leave :) I have recommended this place to everyone I know.!

Great family vacay
We had the best week at Yellow Tail. The villa is spacious, more so than I expected. The balconies were so nice to hang out in the evenings, especially the rooftop. Great place to watch fireworks. My kids caught all kinds of different fish from the dock. Pool area was nice. Met several different nice families. We rented a boat and hopper from key to key. Excellent vacation and Matt kept in touch with us to make sure our stay was going well. Definitely will be going back.

The property was everything we hoped it would be and more. Place is in a great location, so very easy to get to everything in Marathon. From the moment we booked to the day we left, Matt the owner was so helpful and at your disposal 24/7. The house was awesome and you had everything you could ever need. Family Christmas trip with teens
My family goes away every Christmas, and have been drawn back to the Florida keys for several years. This year the yellowtail villa was an excellent fit for us. The options are great including top floor deck, heated community pool, dock space that we used to put kayaks out of. Good central location in Marathon that let us bike many places too. Very clean inside, provides everything you need and well marked. The owner Matt was very helpful throughout our time there and is a great communicater. Highly recommend the yellowtail

Whimsical, Relaxing, & Great amenities!
We had such an amazing time at the Yellow Tail Villa. We can’t decide if our favorite part of staying here we’re the nights in the hot tub, making s’mores in the fire pit on the roof, grilling at our private tiki bar, having coffee on our balcony, watching the sunset from the roof, lounging amongst tropical decor... what a great trip and amazing location! Easy access to so many wonderful activities and places in the keys. Matt was so communicative and helpful. Our family couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Multiple levels made our family feel like we all had plenty of our own space between all our together time ;) Highly recommend!!!
