"Amazing property with warm, friendly and welcoming staff!"

"Our experience at the Mirabell was lovely. The staff was helpful and attentive. The dinner selections were satisfying, unique and tasty. It is a perfect hotel to wind down and escape, as the bath set up and spa where clean and a treat to use. A perfect location to find some hiking or adventure near by, or relax by the pool and use the spa in the afternoon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"I picked this hotel knowing it was not in the center as I wanted air conditioning and a separate room for my child (suite). We learned and the walls are not sound proof (as both were mentioned in the information section on Expedia). The hotels positive is the wait staff was acclimating and friendly. The breakfast was good, and it was as near the walking/biking trail to the old section of town which was quiet and nice). If it had air conditioning I would have given it a solid four stars, but as the day time temperature got to around 90 F it got a stuffy by late afternoon."

"It was marvellous as in last year . There is a change of ownership but most staffs remain. The only thing was I’m not too crazy about the new colour in the room & the reno in the main dining but that’s just personal preference. "

"Beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and was very nice to have! Although we didn’t have any physical contact with the staffs, communication was very easy with WhatsApp and prompt responses! "

"Location of the hotel, up the hill from the main piazza of town, is very good. The breakfast is incredible! On the bus line for getting around Val Gardena with the free bus card you receive at the hotel. Short walk to a gondola up to some amazing views and hiking."

"Location was very easy to get to, staff incredibly friendly and also helped me setup a surprise of champagne and treats for myself and my wife to celebrate our recent marriage! Breakfast was great as well, would definitley stay again! "
